CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don’t know if I still have a job in the fall, whether to hunker down for another lonely summer here, or prepare for emergency evacuation. (and our car is in no condition to carry the load it carried here; the A/C compressor broke, the suspension is not good, and the exhaust system needs work (the catalytic converter, I believe). To say nothing of where we could take it, if anywhere, with its Russian plates and registration. It would take a half an hour explanation on the phone to explain everything.
Spiritually, and in other respects, not good. Dragging myself from day to day.

Well, I’ve been told I won’t be rehired. Someone in the school doesn’t like me; I was given an excuse that turned out to be false, and given a different story today.
We’ve already committed to staying in Montenegro for another year, and now I’m unemployed, with no contract or legal basis. I’ve told God He has to do something, because I can’t do anything.
There are other things, but they are all sad and alarming, and I don’t want to lay them all out here.

I thought I was going to have a panic attack at work the other day. Won't go into details, but a comment someone made really hurt me and I couldn't stop shaking. That has NEVER happened before. Prayers for my well being are appreciated.
