Extra Lamb?

The Lamb is what is called the Host in the Latin Rite.

The liturgy of preparation in the Eastern Orthodox church, which is done before the Divine Liturgy, is extremely ornate and beautiful and this is also the case with the Oriental Orthodox. It involves, for example, the separation of the bread that will be consecrated from the blessed bread or antidoron. It is done at the Table of Oblation, and then in the Great Entrance, analogous to the offertory in the ancient Western Rite, the sacred gifts are brought to the altar to be consecrated

The Byzantine Rite Catholics use the same liturgy generally but with minor variations present in how the Ruthenian Greek Catholics did things, at least before Vatican II.
