Nightmares and prayer

Hi all,

I am still having regular nightmares. It's almost nightly.

I'm only asking for prayers for a peaceful sleep as well as to let go of any anger of the abuse that occurred many years ago.

I'm tired of living in fear.

I'm not sure what else to do?

Still showing up in my dreams. Ugh. So tired of it all.

I know the feeling. I dreamt the other night that I was in New Orleans driving a car. Suddenly, a wall of fire surrounded me. It reached to the heavens. I knew I was going to die, so I did the sign of the cross and then I woke up.
It's hard to fall asleep knowing it's going to take you to a place of turbulence and upheaval.
