Graduation

Miss it? I can't wait till I am out of college. I miss high school!

I can't wait to get out of college either!! I'm so ready just to start my career and not have to take anymore stupid biology and sociology classes. But, luckily by this time next year I'll only be taking Spanish and Education classes, so hopefully I'll enjoy school more.

What are both of you going for? I am going for Intergrated Social Studies Secondary Ed.

I'm planning on being a bilingual teacher so I'm getting a degree with an Early Childhood Education and Spanish double major.

Heh. Yesterday I was 17. I woke up this morning and I don't know what happened. It's almost 14 years later.
What's up with that?

i am anxiuously waiting for graduation but i'm just going to another school for a PhD and then to medical school so i'm going to be in school for a looooooong time and i will be having many many graduations, thats why i am not to exicited about my college graduation and i dont want to attend it, now tell me, how do i explain that to my parents who have already invited their friends, relatives and the strangers they met ?!?

isn't it crazy how fast time flies? when i first started, i felt it would take me forever. however the last two years have gone by so quickly, i can't even imagine how fast the next couple of years are going to go by.

so what's your major?

well im still in my 2nd yr (so its less than a yr til i finish university) and i dont wanna think about it im quite settled here just about now. I dont want to have to change all over again

What are y'all talking about? I love college and wish I could spend five years here (kinda, but not really). I'm definitely enjoying my freedom and free time while I have it cuz I'm going to medical school after this. Come on, college is awesome!

wow, sounds like a hard major.. a couple of my cousins are majoring in that too.

We just had our Robing Chapel today. It was kinda cool. It's weird to be almost done finally! I think once I get back into the working world that I may end up missing school again. I guess if I miss is too much I can just go back for my masters.

Congrats to you RayNay for sticking in there and being almost done.

For those of you still working at it....keep up the good work! It'll be over before you know it.

hehe....I love college so much I'm still going even after getting a degree!!

Anyway...I remember not even caring about graduation. I didn't even want to be a part of the ceremony. I hardly knew anyone in my class because I never lived on campus so didn't get to know people. I couldn't participate in clubs. I mostly worked. But I went...and after all that, I nearly cried after it was all over.

And I do eventually want to go back for my Master's when I save up some money.

technically, I guess, I'm done with high school sometime in June.

i applaude all you guys who can't wait getting out of college! i think i'll be graduating end of 2004 if everything went all right.... but i don't wanna graduate yet!

Man this is my first year, and after my second I will take off one year and go back for two, that should be 2007-2008!

I can't wait to get into college.
