So do you think we need to improve security? Better make sure we have fresh batteries.I'm talking about not letting the big bad come to a place where he can do a lot of damage.
Why does anyone need to take his place?
So you think atheists are monotheistic?
You do realise that from my point of view, those angels don't exist, right?Ask any of the one-third of the angels that followed him in the Insurrection.
(Actually don't. Communication with fallen angels can bring about dire consequences.)
So, again, I ask: Why do we need someone to take Satan's place?
Your quibbles about phrasing are tiresome. Can you explain why some figure of evil is needed or not? If so, do it. If not, your question in post 200 is a waste of everyone's time.
What point is that? That you're wasting everyone's time by asking irrelevant questions? I saw that point ages ago. It's a shame you see the point.
I know your not asking me but...What point is that? That you're wasting everyone's time by asking irrelevant questions? I saw that point ages ago.
Nonetheless, you have not yet been able to answer my question - why would someone need to take the place of Satan if he were removed?

Well then, why doesn't God just get rid of them all?Your word choice ("need") is unusual to the discussion.
Does God "need" Satan? of course not.
But Satan came along, and he convinced a third of the angels to follow him.
Should God annihilate Satan into nothingness, I'm almost certain Satan's second-in-command would take the helm.
Well then, why doesn't God just get rid of them all?
So let me get this straight...Time out, chief.
Are you satisfied that God doesn't need Satan?
You asked over and over why He did.
And I pointed out He doesn't.
Are you good with that?
It seems this is a difficult question to answer...So let me get this straight...
God doesn't need Satan for anything. God can get rid of Satan permanently.
God can also get rid of any of Satan's evil followers who would try to take his place.
At the very least, God can put all them troublemakers somewhere where they could never interfere with Humanity or Earth or any other part of the universe again.
So, I have to ask...
WHY HASN'T HE?
