So adding 6 trillion while bring in 3 trillion in taxes will lower the deficit lol?? IT ADDS 3 trillion! The FED is trying to reign in inflation and here you are adding to it! Yeah really smart...it will not matter because The House will NEVER let such a crazy budget ever pass!
If they make money in the US, they’ll have to pay US taxes. It doesn’t matter that they live somewhere else.

They are spending 7 trillion, but also putting in revenue raisers that will bring in 10 trillion, leaving 3 left over. It's not that complicated. But you're right that it doesn't matter. Congress never passes the budget presented by the President and it has been nothing more then a messaging document for decades. But it's a good statement of policy and the statement of policy in this one is that Biden wants to expand services and lower taxes on middle class and poor Americans, and that it's possible to do so if we raise taxes on the super wealthy.
I did not see that it will bring in 10 trillion. I disagree, anytime you raise taxes, it is a bad thing for the economy and we all end up paying for it somehow

If we suddenly get salaries in the tens of millions we will but, large presumption here, seeing as that’s not the case how do we end up subject to a tax on incomes that large? Some steps are missing.
