Got a new mini-pc just recently, runs off of just ten watts of electricity, and been going way, way back, and am messing around with video game emulators and such lately, so going to be playing a lot of classics soon, once I'm completely done with all the downloading, which has been taking up a lot of my time lately, I'm trying to build a library of all (or a lot) of all the good older games lately, etc.

There are a lot I just never got to play, so I am looking forward to going back to kind of going back to my childhood kind of, and playing, or re-playing, some (or a lot) of the older games off the now much older systems that I just never got to play as a young person, etc.

Should be fun. I already definitely know of more than a few that are going to most definitely be "must plays" or "must play throughs" for me already.

God Bless!

Since I went console-only, I’ve been finding that I like choose-your-own-adventure “games” like what Quantic Dream does, more than I like anything that leans on combat mechanics. Currently, I’m working through The Quarry and I recently finished Detroit Become Human.

Probably some Resident Evil 4.

Right now, just scavenging through the game world collecting everything I can and trying to max out my health as much as possible.

Been playing a lot of Metroid Prime Remastered. Although yesterday I made a lot of progress in the game and died... and had to go back to my lost save which cut me back a good hour. For now, it kind of killed my mood to play it tonight. I have such little free time.. that like losing an hour of gaming.. really hurts.

Need to try that Stardew Valley game. Kind of forgot about it.

A trailer for the remake of Advance Wars 1+2 releasing in a few weeks.

So excited. Even though this game should have come out a year ago, the outbreak of the Russian/Ukrainian conflict prompted Nintendo to release the game during a more appropriate time. Maybe I'm just not sympathetic enough.. but I don't really see why they needed to do this. But with big corporations... I can understand being nervous about attracting bad PR. Especially a more family-oriented company like Nintendo.

Going to start Advance Wars 1+2 Re-boot camp in a little while. Downloaded the game yesterday, but sadly I was way too tired to actually play it.

Not sure where I'll start. I like to make my own level that I call Island fight. Pretty much a little Island with a bunch of resources in the middle of a huge map with each side having a corner to themselves to start. Anyone who dominates the Island pretty much becomes a huge force and gradually wins the game.

I hope they have a similar map already packaged.

Played a lot of Advance Wars this week, got about 40% done with the first game. It's pretty fun, although it's hard to mess up a remake like this.

Playing Pikmin 3 and Super Mario Odyssey this afternoon. Want to finish these games up.

Stardew Valley. Bought this game a while ago but only played a few hours. Still trying to grasp what this game is supposed to be? Thinking it just might be a slice of life game, which is fine by me.

This game is pretty relaxing, wish I listened to a friend who begged me to buy this game years ago.

Amazing that this video game was made by one guy.

Still Stardew Valley. Finally got the hang of the fishing mechanics. For whatever reason I hate fishing in video games.. but this is probably one of the more enjoyable games to fish in.

Wish I fished sooner... because I'm making loads of money now.

Oh well.

About to finish my first year in the game.

I haven't played in forever and just sold off all my classic consoles . I think the last game I played was Bloodayne on the PS2 and the original Tomb Raider a few months back. I'm already missing them.

That stinks. I still have my old Gamecube.. but I'm sad I sold some of my other systems away. I never play it.. but it's a nice memento from my childhood.

How did you like them? I haven’t played The Quarry but I saw the trailer. Really enjoyed Until Dawn and D: BH.

Since beating GOW: Ragnarok, I’ve really gotten into the latest call of duty. I’ve gotten pretty decent at it I think, as I’ve earned the platinum skin for the M4. I’m just working my way through the daily xp challenges, camo challenges, and season token unlocks. It’s been fun!
