If your salvation you are speaking of, is the Eternal Life salvation an unbeliever receives from God at the moment of faith in Jesus The Messiah, Then there are no steps, at the very moment of faith, a person (unbeliever) crosses over from death to life and becomes a permanent born again child of God.

The only steps a born again child does, is steps in growing in maturity in their faith and walk with God. This a discipleship area and not a Eternal Life salvation area.
THE STEPS TO SALVATION or you are calling by implication of denial those who wrote the New Testament liars as you formulate your own belief system.

24 God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. 25 Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. 26 And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, 27 so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; 28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ 29 Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man’s devising. 30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” (Acts 17: 24-31)

Step 1
God did this "so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him" because "He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead."

Step 2
37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. (John 6:37)

Step 3
16 When one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. (This "Liberty" is not the baptism of the Holy Spirit; go to the original Greek language for clarification)

Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. 2 we have received mercy, we do not lose heart, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. 5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 3:16-18 to 2 Corinthians 4:1-6)

a. (1) we have received mercy, we do not lose heart
b. (2) not walking in craftiness
c. (3) nor handling the word of God deceitfully (We do not distort it in anyway)
d. (4) by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
e. (5) For we do not preach ourselves
f. (6) but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake.
g, (7) For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

"3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them."

Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. 26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:25-30

Because there are ONLY two types of people

Type 1 are the "believers"
24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. (Matthew 7:24-25)

Type 2 are the "Non-believers"
26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” (Matthew 7: 26-27)

Paul wrote about those who don't accept the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ, that they "Know Nothing"...

3 If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, 4 he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, 5 useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. (1 Timothy 6: 3-5)

Paul preached to the Corinthians begging them...

2 But I beg you that when I am present I may not be bold with that confidence by which I intend to be bold against some, who think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2 Corinthians 10)

Because...

35 The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand. 36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” (John 3:35-36)

And...

Jesus Promises Another Helper

15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.

19 “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. 20 At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”

22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?”

23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me. (John 14)

8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. (Colossians 2)

What I'm clearly saying is that Jesus is the beginning, the firstborn of all creation, in whom we have redemption.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; 2 Cor 5:17-18
And the "ministry of reconciliation" is this..
I'll quote it all, as you left some of it out, for some reason, Dah'veed.

"""""God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their SIN unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.""""

Then read Romans 4:8
That's elementary, "They will all know Me, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." Heb 8:11-12, Jer 31:34, Micah 7:18

Really?
I dont think its as "elementary" as you thought.

Notice.

"Depart from me, i never knew you".. Jesus said.

So, that isn't exactly.....>"they wil ALL know me"...

So, your Hebrews verse, is specific to BELIEVERS.. born again., as the only way that God forgets all your sin, is when His Son does this..

"God made JESUS to become sin for us'.

See that "US".......that is universally offered as The Cross of Christ, but this Blood Atonement has a condition.

= "ALL that BELIEVE".

Looks like you are a perfect example of someone who is all over the place with Bible verses to create a man made salvation plan. Just take a verse out of context and apply it with other verses out of context and voilà a salvation plan.

What i believe is simple and i do not need paragraph after paragraph to say it. These verses from John say it perfectly.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

Jesus told you that "you must be born again"

If you're not, you're this. John 3:36

If you're born again, then You have God's Salvation.
If you have God's Salvation then you are "in Christ" and "Christ in you, the hope of Glory"..(Glory is Heaven).

Oh ok. A person who "Does not "BELIEVE" the Son" Jesus Christ by doing what He says, that person is the "UNWISE."

All the Apostles teachings came from Jesus the Messiah, and their teaching do not divert from the 4 Gospels which mentions Jesus' instructions (Great Commission)

Jesus is "God's Wisdom for us" and to not adhere to His Instructions means one of two things: 1. love for Him is non-existent; or 2. Confession is out in the open (Luke 18:9-14).

8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. (Colossian 2:8-9)

Error and Greed

3 If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, 4 he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, 5 useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. (1 Timothy 6)

6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. (1 John 4:6)

9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; 11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds. (2 John 1:9-11)

THIS IS THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST...

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will (prove to) be My disciples. So why is Peter's Acts 2 "gospel" not the same, as the Gospel that Paul said is "my Gospel" 3x.... that Jesus personally gave to Paul?

There is only one gospel.
Wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 1:4-5

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. Mark 16:16

Peter didnt preach that in Acts 2. So, i guess you should tell him about that.
Also, Paul does not preach that as His Gospel.

Paul preaches this......

Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

What is the Gospel, Dah'veed?

Its the "preaching of the Cross".

If you dont believe it, then try yours.
Walk up to someone and say..>>"i want to baptize you with the Holy Spirit".

See that?
That's not the Gospel.

Consider the patience of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you; 2 Peter 3:15

Now that this faith has come,... all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Gal 3:25:29
If you dont believe it, then try yours.
Walk up to someone and say..>>"i want to baptize you with the Holy Spirit".
See that?
That's not the Gospel.
And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 1 Cor 15:17
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame. 1 Cor 15:34

I notice that you post verses out of context, instead of actually answering my questions.

Listen,

Salvation is not awaking to righteousness.

Its receiving it as "the Gift of Righteousness"...... as this is "the Gift of Salvation".

God's Salvation is : Jesus.

Jesus is : Salvation

Jesus is : The Blood Atonement

Jesus is : Eternal Life

Jesus is : The New Covenant

Jesus is : Redemption

Jesus is : The Resurrection

(John 15)

To receive God's free gift of Eternal Life salvation, God has made that as simple as it can be. All God requires from a person is to believe in Jesus The Messiah. If a person believes in Jesus they become a permanent born again child of God. Now what does it mean to believe in Jesus this link What Does It Mean to Believe in Jesus? – Grace Evangelical Society provides a great teaching on that.

Right, but after he makes that jump, it's all up to the parachute after that.

(It could be added that the skydiver also has to pull the ripcord, but from what I understand at a certain point the parachute will automatically open, if say the skydiver happens to lose consciousness).
The analogy is not perfect, because you are correct, the parachute does continue to work regardless of what the person does. But God demands that we try tirelessly to continually improve and become more like Him. Christianity is not a passive experience. It is an active participation in demonstrating Christ to the world.

My goal is that they may be united in fellowship, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself; Col 2:2-3
who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—1 Cor 1:30
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. 2 Cor 13:14

Being Born again is the only proof that God has saved you, and this is a birth.....its a spiritual birth, and BIRTH can't be ended by how you think or behave, later.

You can't be "un-born again".
You can lose your salvation:

There is a worse punishment for those who have known Christ and walked away:

Heb 10:29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
....
Heb 10:35-36 Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:

Hebrews also shows us that partakers of the Holy Spirit can fall away:

Heb 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.
.... And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end,

Hebrews further tells us we must hold our confidence to the end:

Heb 3:12-14 Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called "TODAY," lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end,

This is a very dangerous line of thinking. It empowers sloppy living. We should be continually aware that we should not sin.

Rom 6:1-2 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not!

1Co 10:1-13 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. But with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness. Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted. And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, "THE PEOPLE SAT DOWN TO EAT AND DRINK, AND ROSE UP TO PLAY." Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell; nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer. Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come. Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

1Jn 3:8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.
