Are you talking about cultural expectations? So that if a man shows fragility or weakness, the people around him will bully him and shame him, but if a woman shows fragility, she's less likely to get bullied. Is that what you mean?

Fragile how? Physically? Emotionally? Men in general have VERY fragile personalities (mostly when it comes to their egos).

You can see such fragility in the personalities of some of the most powerful and wealthy men in the world.

I'll grant that many women have bodies that are more fragile than the bodies that many men have -- bones that are smaller and break more easily, and so on. (Standard note: there's a lot of statistical variation within both sexes, and one's physical training and calcium and protein intake make a difference.)

People's inner selves are robust or fragile in varying degrees, and I don't think it's gender-correlated. The expressions of fragility can be somewhat gender-correlated, though, because of our different social conditioning as children: when you "break", are you more likely to cry or to have an angry outburst?

we are all weak and fragile

2 Corinthians 12:9

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Men can have a weakness for depending on violence.

Men can be weak for how a woman looks and talks, and be too weak to have a mutual relationship without abusive arguing, and they can be weak for thinking they have to control things.

I'm not seeing why both can't be weak. It all depends on the person and in what way we mean "weak."
