I am in a really weird and bad place right now. I want to believe and remain secure in my faith but my dad just showed me a list printed of thing which he finds not understandable about the Bible and I just had a moment of something else a bit troubling happening and what to do I don't have a clear mind. I have not read the list yet but I know if I do I will be very anxious. I have so much doubt and fear I just thought I had become safe and now I am afraid of falling away. Please help I don't know what to do.

Don’t read the list. Guard your heart. I pray God will protect you from all doubts of the enemy. As a Christian we will feel the attack from all sides sometime but don’t let them in. I pray you stick to the straight and narrow and not to be too troubled. Lord let him hang on to you and give him a desire to read his Bible and be reinforced in what he believes. Hold his hand and take him through this troubling time. In Jesus name.

Hello my young friend, I've been reading your posts and have been meaning to reply. I have a draft saved re. one of your other posts, but as yet haven't finished.
It's time to pray. Turn all your heart, soul, mind and strength towards God as ASK Him for His guidance and protection at this time. Tell Him what you're telling us. Tell Him that you need Him, and that you can't do this alone.
I pray, Father, your guiding Spirit will come into this young soul to show her your strength and the peace of God that passes all understanding. All answers will be revealed by you, in accordance with your Will. Give her a conviction of your Truth in that she sees your worth above all. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit I pray. Amen

Many do not understand God's Word but that does not mean it is wrong.
The Devil is a liar- he will take TRUTH and either add or subtract just a little to make you think it was God's Word.
Don't look at the list if you are not able to see through it. Your faith is not your father's faith, it is your faith. It isn't Peter's, Paul's, Mary's, Moses', David's- you get the picture. Focus on relationship with God- Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Speak to Him about your struggles and listen for His Word as it may come in an internal thought, a message you hear, a song, and the next passage of scripture you read. Be willing to listen and be receive with a humble heart.
I hope you can be assured that All that The Father have given to Jesus will never be snatched from His hand!

If Elon Musk showed me a schematic of the rocket there are plenty of things I wouldn’t understand …that does not mean the rocket wouldn’t work… or it wouldn’t take people to space…it just means I don’t understand.
Here is what I can absolutely affirm of the Word of God.
It works…. and in Gods time…. it will take you to space (in a manner of speaking) as a born again believer.
You may not understand every question or statement about the Word of God….. and that is ok. People have hammered and beat upon the Word of God over the centuries ….they are all gone, but the Word of God endures and will come to pass.
I have spent many years researching the Word and I can assure you that the magnificence of this Word of God could not be conceived by the mind of man. It is flawless and error free in its original form. The deeper you research the more intricate it becomes, and it fits together like an intricate jigsaw puzzle and cannot be broken at any point…And when you apply Gods promises they absolutely will come to pass…
If you have questions, there are many capable people on this site who can help.

Find a good Christian community or resources to build your faith and to defend your faith.
You do not need to deal with every antichristian argument in the world by yourself. After some time you will find out they are weak, based on various misunderstandings, wrong definitions and wrong deductions.
If you are a sensitive and anxious person, stabilize your character first, before involving in apologetics. Or, you can leave it to others and just enjoy Christian life.

I hope that your Dad isn't hard on you and if he insists that you read his list to prevent any anger you can be strong and read it just always remember God is very real and the good Angels are by your side. Don't be afraid you will always hear negative information about the lord remember it is a lie.

Relax there is nothing to fear, every question that could be asked has likely already been asked and answered in the thousands of years that have passed. So just google the question and the answer will be easy to find.

It happens to the best of us. In other words, you are among friends, many of whom can relate. But we need to remember, "Even when I must walk through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for you are with me" (Ps 23:4).
The security of your salvation rests in the faithfulness of Christ and the grace of God, two things which your doubts can never alter.
"I believe; help my unbelief!" (Mar 9:24). A common prayer not only in my life but the lives of so many Christians.
Anyway, I have a list of things I don't understand about the Bible, too. It's a pretty big list. But, over the years through prayerful study and spiritual mentoring, that list has continued to get shorter.
Thank goodness my salvation does not depend on my ability to understand. Salvation is by God's grace alone. My knowledge doesn't earn it and my ignorance cannot lose it.

Well look how honest you have been in recognising there is a problem. This is a big step in itself. First recognition, then confession. Thank you for having the courage to share this.
I strongly feel that to be with a body of believers in a church near to you, with the laying on of hands in healing could help bring you to repentance.
Again, though, as I said in my other post, please consider also seeing your doctor to rule out any other underlying physical condition that could be contributing.

Something i am dealing with at the moment. The answers are always in the bible.
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?
Obey me, and I will be your God and you will be my people. They were stiff-necked and did more evil than their ancestors.’
God saw their hearts, he knows their hearts are wicked, stubborn and evil, but the problem isn that their hearts are wicked but that they followed their hearts instead of him.
25I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
All i can tell you is to keep pressing forward, and to keep seeking God and truth. Doubt comes from a lack of understanding, and it will clear up as you understand more and more.
