Sometimes violence is necessary, but I don't think the Lord approves of unnecessary violence that is cruel and unhumane, Jesus taught us love and kindness, he taught us forgiveness and compassion, I don't think God approves of overly violent and cruel movies. It is a problem in today's society, I think young people are influenced by violent movies, we should encourage movies about kindness and love, movies about God's forgiveness and mercy, Bible movies about Jesus Christ, movies about Mother Theresa, Paul, abolitionists, civil rights movement, Martin Luther, Corrie Ten Boom, Florence Nightingale, Martin Luther King JR Billy Graham, Vincent vanGogh, etc.

I hate violence. i understand sometimes movies need action to carry along the plot and make it exciting. Otherwise it will be too boring. I have come to hate immoral, sinful wicked worldly movies. I hate horror movies. I really hate filthy language in movies. I guess that's why some people like Hallmark movies, they are squeaky clean. They are also boring carbon copies of each other. You know what's going to happen within the first five minutes. And the kiss comes at the end of the movie. I write stories because I hope not only to have them published in a book one day, but hopefully in a movie. We need better movies, better stories.
