Sometimes when I'm in the confessional, talking to my confessor, I just want to sit there and stay there for awhile and talk; I'm kind of lonely and just want to chat.

I kind of do, but I somehow like this priest (not referring to home parish's priest). He's a good listener and seems patient.

What you might want to think about is scheduling a periodic " consult/ mentor" appointment, ( maybe once a month) so as to get deeper info and guidance for your life as a whole, and continue the confession time on a weekly basis, to take care of that week's sins.
Just a thought.
