As with the bulk of these testimonies about visitations by Jesus, the person giving the testimony is the only one who actually had the visitation. No one else was there to witness it.
At the risk of being accused of being hyper-critical, I notice that the Apostle John had a vision of Jesus and fell at His feet as if dead. The person in the video didn't mention anything like that.
So, we have to take her word for it and just believe that she had a vision that caused her to want to be baptised. But no mention of repentance of sin, nor believing the Gospel of Christ. She might have believed the Gospel and repented of her sin, but we don't really know that she actually did, because she doesn't say so.
When I heard her description of Jesus, I thought of Oral Roberts' vision of a 90ft Jesus telling him that unless people donated to his new hospital, he would be taken home to heaven. Enough people believed him that he got enough money to build his hospital, but now it stands largely empty as a monument to failure. So much for that vision.
Also, I am sure that if called upon the medical documents can be released to validate that her ovarian cancer existed and was miraculously healed just to confirm that the miracle actually took place.
