There's also being super smart by absurdly framing a comprehensive argument into an attack on the person's character. That happens when a well thought out analysis begins to have some readers clutch their own pearls when hearing it. They'll tend to try to project their own experience on the person they should be trying to comprehend.

You know what if we could at least get centrist in this country we might actually get some things done. It's easier to compromise if you don't have to compromise too far. Which right now is how it's going in politics today.

Loving and kind bah! It's not living and kind to tell people it's perfectly fine and normal to chop off perfectly healthy body parts to replace them with fake ones? Perfectly living to get kids on drugs that haven't even been approved by the FDA and have side effects that affects bone density and God kno s what else. Especially when kids are detraneitioning later when it's too late?

How about addressing the real issues. Which is the mental health cause of all this? These kids are mentally ill and should be lived enough to help them overcome this and work through this.

When someone's mentally ill we don't help them be more mentally ill, we try and mitigate it as much as possible.

Exactly! It's that same evil spirit behind it, it just has a cleaned up modern sounding name that's all. But it's the same thing. The devil is more subtle in these times, and tries to clean everything up behind words like science and pro choice and inclusion and tolerance, freedom and love etc. But it's the same evil spirits trying to do the same thing that has been done since ancient times.

Yup, I think a lot of it is just children not understanding the changes in their body before and during puberty and it scares them and they want to go back to how they were before. Boys have high voices are more feminine before puberty and testosterone, and girls are flat chested with no curves before puberty. Girls want to go back to how they were when flat chested and no curves and boys want to go back to how they were with high voices before their testicles dropped or whatever. It's just all confusion about their bodies changing. Some fixate on it for a long time into adulthood thinking their problems will disappear if they can recapture their childhood before they became sexually developed. Some grow out of it on their own, and some can grow out of it with help from a psychologist. But cutting off body parts is NOT the answer.

Does Peterson mention and personify a devil in his words? I'd have to listen to it again. Maybe later but I seriously doubt it. Everyone can have their opinions and his are obviously directed at those people which make a six figure income off of irreversible medical procedures for children.

I imagine it would leave some people speechless finding out that their are medical professionals that are ignoring the Hippocratic Oath of do no harm when they treat children.
