i) Abiogenesis hypotheses don't have to be true. There is nothing gradual about abiogenesis. If it is true, it had to, in a single step, go from random molecules to a very specific and complex combination of them that:
Chemical evolution - biological precursors via autocatalysis.renniks said:Without the assistance of cellular machinery, how can this happen?
- Could draw energy from around it to fuel its processes
- Was able to reproduce
- Had some sort of genetic code that could mutate to sometimes accidently produce improvements that could be naturally selected.
It evidently just melted away.renniks said:And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
All I have to do to satisfy your request is provide a citation. You have no evidence that the claim is true.
Thus, the claim is insufficient.

Whether it's true or not ... well ... the proof is in the taste of the pudding.
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Would you like me to provide a citation of that statement?
I decided to do some research on the Buenos Aires miracle. I have, so far, found 4 different and slightly contradictory versions (all from Catholic sites claiming evidence of Eucharistic miracles), and nothing more than hearsay. There are no links to, or mentions of, forensic reports, scientific analysis or even peer review. There are simply claims that an apparently miraculous piece of flesh was identified as heart tissue, then when the miraculous nature was revealed the scientists all said "gosh, that's interesting, it must be evidence of a miracle" and left it at that.Myanswer on amino acids was in connection of a specific reference - not yours.
On Eucharistic miracles I suggest you study that is there. It is a massive surprise to most who do. Few Catholics are aware of it. The forensic pathology of . Tixtla. Buenos airies . Sokolka. Legnica. Are All determined as traumatized cardiac tissue ,recently live, in two cases so intermingled with bread that no fake is possible.
Different teams , labs and continents, so not a conspiracy.
The ( atheist ) pathologist Robert Lawrence stated that these and the statue of Cochabamba were “ credible evidence of creation of life”
The best way to do that is read Serafinis book which contains many references also a dialogue about the finding of MtDNA haplotype, but no identifiable human genetic code ( that’s not the same as no DNA - DNA human identification uses redundant parts)
I am not against life from soup. I’ve been reading about protocell since for FIFTY years now.
I’m against the hyping of what is at very best conjecture on how or where or whether it happened. Unlike the supposition of abiogenesis from The Eucharistic miracles on the other hand actually happened at known times and places. Evidence actually exists.
Why do you atheists even join a Christian forum, to start trouble? That's a claim, not evidence.
(More like to curtail it, methinks ..)Why do you atheists even join a Christian forum, to start trouble?
You thinks wrong.(More like to curtail it, methinks ..)
Prove it. You can claim it until you are blue in the face. Pony up with the evidence of this so called miraculous transformationA faith statement of yours?
Because yes the world really does have forensic evidence. Lots of it, all you have to do is look for it, or stay ignorant. Take your pick.
People like you cause trouble.Comments like that cause trouble y'know ..
Huh? But you seemed to think Atheists join this site to cause trouble .. now you're accusing me of causing trouble. I can see you're very confused about trouble. I'll suggest you try sticking with the thread topic, to see if that avoids it, eh(?)People like you cause trouble.
Because creationism is part of the Christian Right's political agenda so it is of interest of atheists and this is a forum where atheists are invited to participate. If you object to the presence of atheists, CF has a creation/evolution forum where only Christians are allowed and only right-wing Evangelicals are welcome. Have fun!Why do you atheists even join a Christian forum, to start trouble?

I like to give citations every once in awhile as well.As usual, you ignore the point and play games.

Doesn't happen.
