I see. I failed to acknowledge the merit to an argument that Russia's genocidal campaign in Ukraine is justified by abortions in the United States. I certainly plead guilty to that.

Most likely that argument carries little weight with the Ukrainians as well.

Meanwhile, it is Day 80 of Putin's 3-Day War. And yes, many Russians who showed little compassion for the Ukrainians now want lots of compassion for themselves and their families as the war comes home for them.

Our country loves the idea of sacrificing it's own sons and daughters to Satan. So I continue to stand by what I said: I see no difference between us.

I’m thinking there’s a real point here, in that we (rightly) decry an evil that happens on the other side of the planet, and then (wrongly) propose throwing all of our country’s resources to stop it 10,000 miles away, and even to kill the perpetrators, while peacefully accepting right in our own country that it’s allowed to kill babies at home, only watching, and holding prayer vigils at clinics, and using no force to subdue the wickedness of our own fellow citizens at home. There’s a real inconsistency there. We want to try to order the lives of other nations, while being wholly unable to order our own.

That’s aside from the missed point that a 17 or 18-yr old boy’s life is as precious to his family as a baby’s. The latter is wholly innocent, the former is an unwilling conscript acting under threat of force, punishment or even death.

Not only that, lots of death coming across the border as well. Drugs and overdoses from fentanyl, made in China of course. Children unaccompanied by adults, many sex trafficked. All coming because our government RIGHT NOW IS JUST AS CORRUPT AS THE ONE THEY THINK THEY ARE LEAVING.

I must say I’m tired of hearing the hypocrisy argument. It gets old fast. It’s somehow not a big deal that babies are dying in Ukraine in the arms of loving parents thanks to Putin bombs because in America babies are being aborted privately by women who don’t want to be parents….while Russia continues to have tons of domestic abortions….
