Before we go looking at the minutiae, I want to point out that the great majority of Catholic beliefs are found in the Bible: There is one God, who created all things, who was revealed to the ancient Israelites, and who was embodied in Jesus Christ. Jesus died and rose again, and because of this our sins are forgiven. We are called to love God and our neighbor. Many, many Catholic beliefs are found in the Bible.

As for the fine points of disagreement, like the exact nature of the afterlife, those items can be addressed by the Catholics to whom this forum belongs. But I think it's important to set those items in the context of the vast agreement that we Protestants have with our Catholic brothers and sisters.

What does this below mean? Does the RCC believe that these Saints bodies are no longer in the grave? That can’t be right, because of the number of dead Saints have been seen as incorruptible.

<<<<<<<The faith of the Church is that the saints are not really dead, but are fully alive in Jesus Christ, who is life itself (John 11:25; 14:6) and the bread of life who bestows life on all who eat his flesh and drink his blood (John 6:35, 48, 51, 53-56). The saints are alive in heaven because of the life they have received through their faith in Christ Jesus and through their eating of his body and blood.>>>>>>>

It means that the souls of the saints are in heaven and the resurrection of the body will not
take place until the end of the world when Christ returns. Whatever that means, we can't be sure
as Christ resurrected body was a glorified body, not a resuscitated biological body as we understand
the human body to be presently. Human bodies can't walk through walls, but Christ did when he appeared to the Apostles in the locked room.

FYI, the Catholic Church does not believe in Sola Scriptura, i.e. The Bible Alone.
The Church combines tradition and history with Scripture to correctly understand salvation and moral values.

How many Catholic beliefs are Biblical? What about the Immaculate Conception? Purgatory? Praying to the dead? Praying to Mary?

Purgatory- see 2 Maccabees, 1 Corinth. 3:15, Paul's letter to Philemon where he prays for the dead

Immaculate conception- ancient tradition/ Luke 1:28

Intercession of Saints- Rev. 5:8, as well as Mother Rachel's intercession throughout the OT and NT

There's many, many more biblical cases for the ones mentioned above.

I didn't deny it. When someone in the Church is referred to as "Saint" they are officially canonically recognized as one. In a simple perspective, saints can refer to all sanctified believers, but that term is not usually used in the RCC.

When the Church canonizes a person as a saint, they're making the admission that the person
has received beatific vision and is sanctified fully in heaven and venerable.

It doesn't eliminate the possibility of numerous numbers of souls who are in the same place,
but that they are not venerated as saints are.

For the record, the Holy Trinity is never explicitly stated in scripture and yet it's held to be a universal truth of the faith. Since the Catholic Church birthed the biblical canon I think it's safe to say the contents therein are thoroughly Catholic.

Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and hers;
he will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel.”

Isaiah 7:14, stating that “this should be the sign of His nativity, that He should be born of a virgin—man and God—a son of man and a Son of God… This seed God had foretold would proceed from the woman that should trample on the head of the devil.8

Ephesians 1: 3-6
In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he granted us in the beloved.

Luke 1:
And coming to her, he said, “Hail,
favored one! The Lord is with you.”m
29But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be.

In Koine Greek [which made her ponder it] is written ...
What the Angel Gabriel wants to communicate to Mary and to us is in the word kecharitomene is that Mary has a unique name, a unique title, a unique role in sacred history, and so--though human--is a unique being in the economy of salvation.

χαῖρε, κεχαριτωμένη, ὁ κύριος μετὰ σοῦ.
Chaire, kecharitōmenē, ho kyrios meta sou!

The word that Luke uses--κεχαριτωμένη, kecharitomene--appears to have been crafted out of thin air, appearing into the Greek vocabulary as unexpectedly as the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and as silently as the Word became Flesh. It was the word for the moment.

The word is used nowhere else in the Scriptures or in secular Greek literature. The technical name for such a novel, unique word is hapax legomenon. Hapax legomenon--which comes to us from Greek--means "expressed once."

This sort of word is sometimes also referred to as a nonce word. In this case, it is a one-of-a-kind word for a one-of-a-kind person in a one-of-a-kind situation. No one else in human history is κεχαριτωμένη (kecharitomene).

Hail Mary: Kecharitomene, A Unique Word for a Unique Lady - Living Faith - Home & Family - News - Catholic Online

It means You have already been [past tense] filled with Grace [The Lord] and will remain so.

An unchanging 'pre-baptized' washed clean at conception because no taint would be in her to carry the God-man.

When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones. Revelation 5:8

I don’t think that really answers my question.

I don’t think that really answers my question.
You're looking for exact stated verses... rather it is not a statement book of facts as we have come to look for.

The truths are in the book, but first came the oral teachings as St Paul told Timothy to keep.
In fact the Apostles taught only and first...
Anything written came later. either by request of the Gospels being written or in RESPONSE to a question on the oral teaching [epistles]

You cannot make the Bible an authority on its own without first acknowledging the oral teachings were authority and the written is backing it up.
Second the historical oral knowledge allowed the Pope to discern scriptures to be canon read in all Churches.

NOW with that said; you ought to understand that what is relayed to mean we allow Saints to pray for us is to know these things were NORMAL to the first Christians. [See catacombs]

Without knowledge of what they actually did you will have a difficult time with the concept of Ancient Tradition.

EXCERPT from previous website:

The reason we pray to the saints is that they are still members of the Body of Christ. Remember, the life which Christ gives is eternal life; therefore, every Christian who has died in Christ is forever a member of the Body of Christ. This is the doctrine which we call the Communion of the Saints. Everyone in Christ, whether living or dead, belongs to the Body of Christ.

From this it follows that a saint in heaven may intercede for other people because he still is a member of the Body of Christ. Because of this membership in Christ, under his headship, the intercession of the saints cannot be a rival to Christ’s mediation; it is one with the mediation of Christ, to whom and in whom the saints form one body.

Some Christians–most Protestants, in fact–deny that the Bible gives support for devotion to the saints, but they are incorrect. The Bible encourages Christians to approach the saints in heaven, just as they approach God the Father and Jesus Christ the Lord: “But you have approached Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and myriads of angels, and the assembly and church of the firstborn who have been enrolled in heaven, and God the judge of all, and spirits of righteous ones who have been made perfect, and Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and the sprinkled blood which speaks better than that of Abel” (Heb. 12:22-24).
