Patrick Paumen causes a stir whenever he pays for something in a shop or restaurant.

This is because the 37-year-old doesn't need to use a bank card or his mobile phone to pay. Instead, he simply places his left hand near the contactless card reader, and the payment goes through.

"The reactions I get from cashiers are priceless!" says Mr Paumen, a security guard from the Netherlands.

He is able to pay using his hand because back in 2019 he had a contactless payment microchip injected under his skin.

And when it comes to implantable payment chips, British-Polish firm, Walletmor, says that last year it became the first company to offer them for sale.

I don't think making payments with a credit card is inconvenient enough to where I would ever feel the need to have a chip implanted under my skin.

...It's really not that hard holding a card that weighs only 5 grams with two fingertips.

I agree. But people have speculated for decades about a hand chip being mark of the Beast.

Yep, globalist Schwab said "within 10 years" back in 2016. Now his "prophet" Harari keeps talking about "under the skin" and hacking people like you hack computers. I'm searching for a video of Harari where he basically called the Bible fake news recently. These are the kind in control now.

Life imitating art or art imitating life? I'd argue it's a cycle: An idea's got to start from somewhere, with many different ways of presenting it, including truly innovative ones becoming reality. Rinse and repeat. Think Star Trek.

I don't know what this means, and this type of language doesn't seem to help me on my spiritual journey:

"And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength."

...It's stuff like that that causes me to want to read more understandable books in the bible.

Understandable. Until it actually happens, I would consider it advanced theology best left to the experts to explain (James 3, Luke 6:39-40, Matt. 15:14). On the contrary, though, you might be able to make a few connections others may have missed, God willing (James 1:5-8). Wouldn't hurt to give it a try, would it (Acts 11:29, 1 Thess. 5:19-22, 2 Tim. 3:16-17)?
