When I say something like” you’re like warm” “you’re a sinful human” my Christian friends say “who are you to deside me or my faith”. They are right but I’m simply judging them off the Bible
But why are you judging them? How does it make you feel sit in the judgement seat?

Judging them is not your job.

Helping them to find what is the right thing to do, and acting to help them do what is right; that is your job.

Those critiques are undefined. If you're going to be critical, be specific about what faults you have with them. Also, be careful not judge non-Christians based on the Bible because the latter doesn't mean anything to them.

Matt 7 calls us to "judge ourselves" by the Bible. Our job is not to go around judging others. We can read the Bible and know if others have correct doctrine or if others are walking as per what the Bible teaches - but that is for our own individual edification. Paul did not walk around with an open Bible telling the pagan romans everything they were doing wrong.

You are not judging them, you are making an observation. Judging them would be telling them that they are going to hell, which is something that only God can decide, that is judging.

The Bible doesn't forbid making judgments; it forbids making hypocritical judgments. Don't attempt to remove the speck of dust in your brother's eye when you've got a log stuck in your own. Don't condemn the sin in another person of which you are yourself guilty.

Jesus himself said, though, "Judge righteous judgment" (John 7:24). Really, it's impossible to distinguish between right and wrong, good and bad, without judging. Rational thought requires making judgments constantly. And so, in the New Testament, you can read of Jesus judging the Pharisees (Matthew 23), Paul judging the Judaizers (Galatians 5:1-12), Peter judging false teachers (2 Peter 2), James judging the faith-without-works crowd (James 2), and Jude judging those who were "turning the grace of God into lasciviousness" (Jude 1)

As you've indicated, the proper standard by which to judge a person's thinking and behavior is the Bible, not your own personal preferences and perspectives. But when you shine the light of the truth of God's word on the sin in a person's life, your motive is supposed to be that of love, not self-righteousness (Ephesians 4:15). Do you desire to see a person freed from sin's destructive power and brought into deeper, more joyful fellowship with God when you say to that person "You're in sin"? If not, keep silent 'til you do.

You are not the Holy Spirit. Be a good example and pray for them. Try to get them into home bible study groups a part from each other.

Even if you set aside the question about judging, it seems like it would be good to think about whether it is the best way to give your message in way that is most likely to be embraced. Something to think about, maybe?

They that believe on the Lord Jesus Christ are the ones that first have denied their own will, that they may submit to and rely upon the Word of God, and actually follow the steps (the example) of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore concerning judgment (i.e. evaluating, determining, concluding) the Lord teaches us Himself how He Himself judges that His judgments are then just (John 5:30) saying that His judgments are just exactly because He does not seek His own will, but the will of the Father: This example is what we are to follow, then may we judge righteous judgment, and no longer will judge according to the appearance (John 7:24), because we no longer seek our own will, but the will of God which is by the Word of God.
Then have we ceased to think above that which is written, where only exaggeration and over-estimation dwelleth.

We live in a politically correct culture today that's digressed from an expectation of tolerance to one of acceptance for more and more unrighteous behavior. It's now considered closed minded, bigoted, hateful, rude, and socially unacceptable for Christians to make any moral or religious judgements derived from the Bible, be it public or private. In fact, there are people losing their jobs in various countries for doing this.

I've noticed many (supposed) Christians succumbing to the cultural pressure, not only embracing the abortion and LGBT movement, but also embracing the notion that all religions are equal, right, and to be respected. Their desire to be non-offensive, non-controversial, and liked outweighs their belief in or commitment to the Christian faith. And to no surprise, they use Matthew or Romans to justify their position for making no judgements on anything or anybody, or simply define it as un-loving to do so.

I think it's impossible to pursue a Christian life and not make discerning judgements every day on what's right or wrong. And both Jesus and the Apostles obviously expressed their views publicly on such things. There must be a balance between calling out unrighteousness without attacking or condemning an individual personally - as in hating the sin, but not the sinner. The thing is, our culture no longer even allows that. Thus, what are we to do?

I'd suggest that (supposed) Christians being quiet, passive, and culturally accepting of liberal world values is why America's turning from a Christian nation to a secular one. And there should be no doubt that religious values drive the cultural values. Personally, I don't like the trend, nor will I support it. I understand my duty as a Christian to love everyone, but I won't let that negate my obligation and desire to fight evil in the world - to openly and boldly support righteous beliefs and oppose unrighteous ones. That is a form of judgement that I think we're all called to do.

Here's an excellent video that I recommend for every Christian. Mike Winger presents a good sermon here detailing the issue of judging.

One of the best ways to show a fellow believer (or even the lost) how Christian's ought to be.. is to walk it out and be the example.

The Bible says that the one who pleases God.. even his enemies can be at peace with them (Proverbs 16:7)

Like others mentioned, we aren't to judge the lost.. but we may judge other believers in a spirit of gentleness (it's best if we have relationship with them first).

Usually we each know where we can improve but there comes a time for everything.

I want to reiterate.. our own conduct and how we live is the greatest witness to the lost.

If we look like and do the things Christ did through faith.. it is a powerful witness and these good deeds when seen by others does glorify our Father in heaven.

How can you judge a non-Christian or even atheist? Arguing from God is a point of authority and non-believes don't believe in Him.
We are to judge others and there is a difference.
Judgment backed by God and the Bible and hypocritical judgment (wrong) by the whole "remove plank from your eye" thing.
Ex: If I was cursing and the judged someone for doing it then I'm wrong. I must correct myself first before I judge someone for the sins I've not repented.

IN Matt 7 Christ tells us to evaluate them "you shall know them by their fruits" - but He does not give us permission to condemn everyone we find to be in error.

Jesus could have spent his entire ministry listing every sin of every person he ever met -- we would have a very different set of Gospels - had He done so.

When God spoke to Moses at Sinai -- He never gets to the point of detailing every sin of every person in all those millions gathered at the foot of Sinai.

Christ spends very little time discussing each of the sins/flaws of each one of the 12.

Telling someone who's messing up that "God says..." is not the same as "You're going to Hell b/c....."
The former is what we are to do as well as to be corrected in the same. If not, then Christianity is nothing but a private country club.
Jesus likely said, "Go and sin no more." more often which is fare more efficient but He alone has the authority. If you tried that one someone, even a Christian they'd likely laugh in your face than change. "By what authority?"
Of course He didn't and couldn't but that's no excuse.
All sins fall under roughly 7 types. God gave everyone some level of intelligence and common sense. If someone needs ever sin spelled out then that's their problem.
They need to learn better.

Consider a proverb:
“Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hate you; Rebuke a wise man, and he will love you.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭9:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

If he hates you, he is a scoffer. If he loves you, he is a wise man.
