Psalm 119:19 I am a sojourner on the earth.
Don’t hide your commandments from me.

Psalm 3:3 But you, O Lord, are a shield about me; you are my glory, and the lifter of my head.

Psalm 16:7 I will bless the Lord, who has given me counsel, my conscience also instructs me in the night seasons.

Beloved ones, what we should we do when we are upset and angry ?
This is what we have heard:

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! -Psalms 37:7

Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. -Psalms 37:8

Beloved ones, let us tell ourselves to stop being angry, and forsake wrath, for anger or wrath only cause harm.

Beloved ones, let us be still in the Lord or rest in the Lord, and let us wait patiently for our Lord Jesus Christ.

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ. Amen.

Isaiah 55 For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn't return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do.
