Galatians 5:23 (NIV)

Against such things, there is no law.

America, like many nations, is a nation of laws. The laws and rights enshrined in the constitution protect the civil liberties of all her citizens while maintaining law and order. However, the rules can never change corrupt human nature. The tendency to steal, kill, fornicate, and such will not be altered. The law, with its punitive damages, can only instill fear but can't recreate humanity. Sometimes the laws are also perverse. In the name of equality, many nations have legalized sinful behavior akin to that of Sodom and Gomorrah and are incurring God's wrath. The bureaucracy, corruption, and inefficiencies of the system also delay many benefits and clearances that are instantly bestowed by the Lord as soon as we confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts.

Christ has set us free from the inane and impotent law and rendered us robust and holy. It would never occur to a saint to murder, steal, fornicate, cheat on taxes, and such as that is not the nature of the indwelling Holy Spirit. Consequently, a child of God is a model citizen that those still under the law can aspire to be like.

It is altered most by peer pressure among many other motivating forces.
Attitude, stress levels, availability of food, housing, work, dependants, etc.

Adultery is legal, but it is a sin that resulted in divorce, alimony and child support payments. Prostitution is illegal and not safe. Premarital sex is legal, but the court may order a paternity test and child support payments afterwards. Men have been arrested for nonpayment of child support. Homosexuality is legal, but some who had sex with gay and bisexual men got HIV.

To be the full-Gospel, born again child of God, we know what reservation that belongs to. Yet since true authority strikes "terror" on the true evildoer, I wouldn't say it has never entered into the process.

True. But we're in a place that the founding fathers and the great Abraham Lincoln probably never envisaged. They're probably shuddering from heaven at the godlessness pervasive in today's administration.

And Paul explains that while not wanting to practice them, he still does them.

And we know for a fact that people who are saved have been on that list.
So that passage one isn't covering the whole story.

I also agree, a person who is committed and indulged into church is prone to develop better morals. Praying helps me to calm my mind and remove the unnecessary things from my mind and lets me to focus on Writing my paper for semesters.

Have you yet met any such people pure enough to pass?
I know my grandma got angry now and then.

After they repented? Yes.
That's amazing, since there are none, no not one.

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

1 John 1:8-10
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Proverbs 28:13
Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will.......obtain mercy.

Not perfection. Not even improvement, according to research. Research shows that of any ill or sin you can measure, believers measure the same as non-believers. Adultery, abortions, divorce, drug use, prostitution all measure the same as the general population. So since believers practice sin the same amounts as non-believers, then.....

Glad I could help!

That is B.C.
And yes, it is amazing.
