Is that a sin? Or do I just talk with Jesus or the father and tell them how I’m feeling?
It's important that you release your anger and your Father is happy to hear all your frustrations.

There is never a bad reason for prayer.

(Fine Print: We can't pray for non-believers to be saved anyway)

Just talk to Him. Tell Him how you feel and why you feel it.

I'm disabled and live in pain every day so I get frustrated sometimes too.. we are only human. Talk it out with Him is something I've always found comfort in.

Well, there are times I know my anger is wrong; so I trust God to correct me of what is not His love's way of anger. And then He can make me creative . . . with Him :)

"So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God." (James 1:19-20)

It might be. God knows our heart and if the love you have for Him is conditional then I suspect it is not in His will to feel anger. "Thy will be done". Blessings

Speak to Jesus Christ and tell him how you feel. Remember that God is good all the time. The struggles we go through in life are not caused by him. We cause our own problems by turning our backs on God and not obeying his commandments.
May God Bless You

God knows how you're feeling whether you tell Him directly or not.

Your question is really about the proper way to interact with God. Should you just "let it all hang out," just be totally, brutally honest with God and give Him both barrels when you don't like how He's dealing with you? This might be how humans think it's best to interact with each other, but God isn't one of us, He's not a human; He's your Maker, the Creator of Everything, Lord Almighty. In other words, God deserves your highest respect. However you may feel about God, He is never worthy of your anger. And He is certainly never deserving of foolish words spoken to Him in a moment of emotional heat.

Many will tell you that you must always be perfectly honest with God about how you feel. But, as I said, you are an open book to Him; He always knows exactly what you're thinking and feeling. Many will say, "God can take it. He's big enough to absorb all your rage and bitterness. So, let it all out." But this isn't what the Bible says:

Ecclesiastes 5:2
2 Be not rash with your mouth, nor let your heart be hasty to utter a word before God, for God is in heaven and you are on earth. Therefore let your words be few.

Job 40:1-5
1 And the LORD said to Job:
2 “Shall a faultfinder contend with the Almighty? He who argues with God, let him answer it.”
3 Then Job answered the LORD and said:
4 “Behold, I am of small account; what shall I answer you? I lay my hand on my mouth.
5 I have spoken once, and I will not answer; twice, but I will proceed no further.”

Job 42:1-6
1 Then Job answered the LORD and said:
2 “I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted.
3 ‘Who is this that hides counsel without knowledge?’ Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.
4 ‘Hear, and I will speak; I will question you, and you make it known to me.’
5 I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you;
6 therefore I despise myself, and repent in dust and ashes.

Isaiah 66:1-2
1 Thus says the LORD, "Heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?
2 "For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being," declares the LORD. "But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My word.

Proverbs 10:19
19 When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, But he who restrains his lips is wise.

Revelation 1:12-18
12 Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands;
13 and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash.
14 His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire.
15 His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters.
16 In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun shining in its strength.
17 When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, "Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last,
18 and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

If there is anyone who deserves your utmost respect, love and humility, it is your Maker and God. He is never at fault, whatever you might feel. When you shake your fist at Him and cry out in anger at Him, you do wrong, then. You may be a joint-heir with Christ, if you're one of His, but you are ALSO a created being, God's vessel for His use, His bondservant, His entirely-dependent sheep, a branch in the Vine that He is; you are inferior to God in an enormous, staggering degree and your interactions with Him ought always to reflect this reality.

It is secular, godless thinking that has crept into the Church that prompts believers to think they need to "be honest" with God and fling abuse at Him, raging against what He has or hasn't done. What they really need is to drop to their knees in humility and repentance and confess the evil of a heart that would rail against God, that would think it knows better than He, that would presume to judge Him.

1 Peter 5:6
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time,

GOD does not sin or do wickedness. I don't know how you can be angry with GOD, all the good things that has come into your life is from GOD. He even sent Christ to suffer and die for YOUR sins.

If you're angry at GOD for any chastisement you have been given, then you lack understanding because it's done out of love.

Sin is what you should be angry with as this is what causes all the pain and suffering in the world and those who commit it knowingly, along with those who have intention to cause harm.

Nothing wrong with talking to GOD and seeking understanding but remember GOD talks to you through the Holy Scripture and with guidance from the Holy Spirit.

Peace be to all those in the Body of Christ.

The latter is true! NEVER be blaming God for anything. We have the flesh with us always, so need to be in conversation and humble before God --understanding that NO man "...cometh unto the Father, but by Me" --the Lord Jesus said in John 14. Confess our sins daily (moment by moment too); and seek help in our Savior: the Lord Jesus.

You should pray about everything. There is only 1 unforgiveable sin and that is blaspheme of the Holy Spirit. Being angry at God is forgivable and talking with him is healing. Many prayers.

ive been mad at god a thousand times in life. if it was not due to being SA at 19 by a truck driver it was being mentally abused as a adult by bad partners i had. and yes i blamed god secretly for all my tears , and never once did i realize...it was all my fault it happened. God may be the one who made these people. but Satan turned them bad. They sank into the flesh and never found salvation. What makes God good though is he never gives up on you. not once. not ever. i know....because he didn't give up on me. and im the most .....unpleasant person to know in existence. due to disorders and ocd and autism. But through god im working to overcome these issues, bottom line....God will never be mad at you for being upset with him. tell him your woes.

Just don't take it out on God. Don't ever curse God, read Job in the bible. Yes, be honest with God. But don't ever curse God. Satan will try to get Christian people to mess up .
Don't do it !!. Don't blame your problems on God. Ask Jesus to help you. Jesus can deliver you out of your situation. Read psalm chapter 25.
