Don’t put away your cold-weather gear just yet: Punxsutawney Phil just predicted six more weeks of winter.

Phil’s loyal fans returned to the rural site after pandemic concerns forced organizers to livestream the annual event last year — during which he called for six more weeks of cold and snow.

Six more weeks of winter takes us to mid-March. That's great, since winter often lasts into April where I'm from, in the north. I'll take just six weeks any time.
It just a silly tradition but I’m with you. I could certainly do without the massive amounts of snow and blizzards though.
