One baptism (of the Holy Spirit) for believers.

two according to Jesus

Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless anyone be born of water and of the Spirit, he is not able to enter into the kingdom of God.

He did not say baptized in that sentence, so obviously it is only about one baptism.

he did not need to ...

I myself did not know Him, but the One who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is He who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’

please explain both

a judgement/baptism unto death and a judgement/baptism unto life ... pictured as two sons or two mountains ... a law not kept or a law kept as in a double edged sword

For the Law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the Law of sin and death.

That is only about the Holy Spirit baptism.

No water baptism gets people into heaven when they die.

Christians are not judged, for our sins were already judged in Jesus at the cross. We don’t escape the judgment of God; we satisfy the judgment of God in Christ Jesus.

I believe Christians will go to Hades (Hades is not hell, but the place of the dead) and will be with Abraham until the rapture happens and we will all go to Heaven. The non-believers in Hades are currently suffering like the rich man in Luke 16, and they are waiting for the judgement day, after which they will be thrown to lake of fire.

so the Bible says we are accountable for every word we say, thing we do, thought we think. so is that all played out before God and we are judged for all the wrong we've done? how does that accountability play out?
This may prove to be helpful to you :)

What is the Judgment Seat of Christ? (Bema Seat)

Romans 14:10–12 says, “For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. . . . So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God” (ESV). Second Corinthians 5:10 tells us, “We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.” In context, it is clear that both passages refer to Christians, not unbelievers. The judgment seat of Christ, therefore, involves believers giving an account of their lives to Christ.

The judgment seat of Christ does not determine salvation; that was determined by Christ’s sacrifice on our behalf (1 John 2:2) and our faith in Him (John 3:16) :amen: All of our sins are forgiven, and we will never be condemned for them (Romans 8:1). We should not look at the judgment seat of Christ as God judging our sins, but rather as God rewarding us for our lives. Yes, as the Bible says, we will have to give an account of ourselves. Part of this is surely answering for the sins we committed. However, that is not going to be the primary focus of the judgment seat of Christ.

At the judgment seat of Christ, believers are rewarded based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). Some of the things we might be judged on are how well we obeyed the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), how victorious we were over sin (Romans 6:1-4), and how well we controlled our tongues (James 3:1-9).

The Bible speaks of believers receiving crowns for different things based on how faithfully they served Christ (1 Corinthians 9:4-27; 2 Timothy 2:5). The various crowns are described in 2 Timothy 2:5, 2 Timothy 4:8, James 1:12, 1 Peter 5:4, and Revelation 2:10. James 1:12 is a good summary of how we should think about the judgment seat of Christ: “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.”

God bless you!

p.s. - we will not stand in the Judgment at the Great White Throne and be condemned with unbelievers/reprobate.

John 5
24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment [condemnation], but has passed out of death into life.”

1 Corinthians 3
10 By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds.
11 For no-one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12 If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw,
13 his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man’s work.
14 If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward.
15 If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.

according to Jesus both are required ... post 6 ...

to be born again is to be born a second time, and you can't be born a second time without being born a first time ... water and spirit

Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”

We’re judged on our love. That’s the purpose of our faith, love being the very definition of righteousness for man. It’s the result of entering fellowship with God who is love, and remaining in Him as we pick up our cross and follow daily.

The first time is when you were born physically with the umbilical cord still attached.

what happens when believers die, in terms of judgment what happens?
A few were resurrected, then died again. Jesus was resurrected and lives on spiritually. He is supposed to return to give life to the righteous living and dead. God is omnipotent. Believers have been shown and told of God’s power, it is up to them to follow Christ’s example.

In Acts 20 Paul had sent for the elders of the church at Ephesus to meet him on the coast. He was on his final journey to Jerusalem where he was later arrested. He told them:

Acts 20:32 “Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. 33 I have not coveted anyone’s silver or gold or clothing. 34 You yourselves know that these hands of mine have supplied my own needs and the needs of my companions. 35 In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
