Not unless things change. Trump hinted that DeSantis was gutless for being cagey on whether he got the booster and DeSantis says he regrets not pushing against them he restrictions Trump put in place in spring of 2020. Their relationship isn’t the best right now.
This is only the second act, though, if DeSantis was just a Trump sycophant, then the Democrats would hammer that night & day. With this seeming “conflict”, the Florida Governor gets some Alpha cred, so that when the reconciliation happens, we all know that he’s his own man.

Considering Biden's age, I think it unlikely he will run in 2024, unless the state of the nation is much better by then.
He will be unable to get the nomination, his own party is already moving away from him.

Let's recap. First, you were asking what might happen...and when told, replied that the information was old and mold, recycled speculation...but then again, you supposedly didn't know anything about it when you inquired.
Where did I ask what might happen? I did not know anything about it when I inquired as to where this rumor came from, but I did use the links @hislegacy kindly provided. Each one pointed to the same op-ed. Imagine reading the links provided! What a novel concept!

I was under the impression that he was never planning on a second term.

I read somewhere this week that Hillary Clinton is seriously looking at a possible third try for President in 2024. If Biden chooses not to run, which seems likely at this time, what would Hillary's chances be? Would she only go if Harris decides not to run or might she even take on the VP in the primaries and caucuses?

People just don’t seem to like her. As all of the bizarre stuff aimed at her could equally apply to other candidates, that appears to be down to both personality and her being a woman. Female politicians in the US seem to provoke much more aggressive responses than in other western countries.

It may also be because Hillary was talked up as part of some kind of dual presidency with Bill when he was President, and then the Party groomed her for her own run for the Presidency by virtually creating high government posts for her to occupy so that she could have a resume on which to run.

First, she was made Secretary of State without having the usual experience expected of people in that position, and she did not do a good job of it. Then they found her a safe and vacant Senate seat that she could be leveraged into even though she'd never before lived in that state. She wasn't anything special as a Senator either.

Your timeline is screwy, the then First Lady served as Senator from New York for 17 days until GWB was sworn in as POTUS, then 8 years later was Obama’s first SoS.
One assumes that she may have learned a thing or two in the intervening time.

You're right that Secretary of State came after her time as Senator. I was careless when referring to the sequence.

BUT, she was a Senator from New York for eight years, not 17 days, so I don't know what you were thinking of there.

H. Clinton was the First Lady when she took the oath of officers Senator from the Empire State, 17 days later she relinquished the title of the former, while continuing to serve at the latter.

This link refers to the talk about a "co-presidency" that was big news in its day, and Wikipedia covers the other facts of her career.

Bill Clinton Hillary Clinton: Co-Presidents [site:name] | National Review

That has nothing to say about this
virtually creating high government posts for her to occupy so that she could have a resume on which to run.
This
First, she was made Secretary of State without having the usual experience expected of people in that position,
This
and she did not do a good job of it.
This
Then they found her a safe and vacant Senate seat that she could be leveraged into even though she'd never before lived in that state.
Or this
She wasn't anything special as a Senator either.

Assuming these aren’t just some random notions, could you provide some sources that support your claims.

D's could drum up a celebrity with no political experience.
Sure. Anything's possible; and there's no way of knowing at this early stage what will happen. The pool of elected officials, officeholders, from which either party normally expects its candidate to come, doesn't offer much for the Democrats.

During the past two election cycles, the most popular of the announced candidates for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination wasn't even a member of the Party.

I dont recall even being aware of the junior senator from Illinois before he ran for what would be two terms in office.
