The Expanse.
The Expanse. Why do the characters keep making such illogical choices?
I'm very early in the series, but the illogical choices I've seen so far have come from:
  • Hippies
  • People too desperate and angry to think straight
And it then makes sense.

I was watching Gumball yesterday. Some episodes are dumb & seem to be targeted to little kids, but there's also some really funny/entertaining episodes. I like it. I haven't watched a whole lot of CartoonNetwork shows since growing up, but this is probably my favorite since.

I finished the entire collection of Batman The Animated Series from the 90s. This series is really good & some argue is the definitive interpretation of the Dark Knight. Too many good episodes to list. My favorites tend to focus on the Joker, Ras al Ghul, 2 Face, Harley Quinn, Batgirl, & the Riddler. That being said, there are some duds. Most of the 3rd collection of DVD's starts leaving the noir feel behind & getting too comical or looney for me.

I recommend this series to any Batman or superhero fan.
I finished the complete Superman The Animated Series from the 90s. I think overall it’s just as good, if not a bit better than Batman The Animated Series. (BTAS is a lot longer so has more room for dud episodes, STAS is shorter so each episode is generally good). There were only a couple episodes I didn’t like. The one that sticks out to me is the Lobo episode. I liked how other DC heroes guest-starred. Supergirl & Batman were my favorite guest-stars. I really enjoyed Lex Luthor & Lois Lane in this series. Lex was probably my favorite villain, but most of the villain's were good.

I want to watch the Justice League series in the same continuity next, but can’t find Collection 1 (I know, I know, I can order it, but whatever).

I watched "The Secret of Moonacre" for the first time. It was not at all as charming as the book "The Little White Horse", and also had changed quite a bit which I was disappointed about, but otherwise detaching it from the book it was rather enjoyable in its own way and very visually beautiful.
