I think it's pretty clear from Genesis 9:21 that, in the Bible, wine is alcoholic.

That does not help you. Poetry by ignorant (of how the Earth was made at any rate) people is not evidence. In fact it is only evidence against the Bible. At least when used as you used it. If one regards it properly as poetry and not to be taken literally it does not harm to the Bible.

Of course, wine is alcoholic, and unfermented grape juice is non-alcoholic. Whichever way someone interprets the account (right or wrong)… it would still be a miracle. And, Noah was not at the wedding party.

But when somone says that the KJV is word perfect then it leaves no opening for anything else than wine.

Of course geology is not the only science that refutes the Ark story. They all do. For example the Ark story predicts a universal population bottleneck. We don't see that. No bottleneck no Ark.

It appears that Noah is a fictional character. I have no problem with fictional characters drinking wine, but one should note it.
