In over forty Bible passages, it is prophesied that the Lord will gather His people: all righteous believers, and settle them into the holy Land. Isaiah 35:1-10, Psalms 107:1-43

In this second exodus, the descendants of Jacob, plus all those people grafted in and deemed to be the Lord’s people by their Christian faith, will come from all parts of the earth and assemble in a place called “the wilderness of the people”. Ezekiel 20:34-38 describes this event very well. Those judged unrighteous will not enter the Land.

The gathering of the Lord’s people into the Promised Land, must happen before Ezekiel 38:8 & 12– because the Northern army of Gog comes to invade “a land recently recovered from war, whose people are gathered from many nations, now living in peace and prosperity”. This attack by Gog, happens a few years after all the Lord’s true believers have settled into the Land – “in the very center of the world – the towns restored from ruin”.
Those attackers are annihilated by the Lord.

This must occur some time before the Return of Jesus, as at that time He destroys the worldwide army of the Anti-Christ, who have conquered the holy Land. Daniel 7:25
Although Persia [Iran] is mentioned as a member of Gog’s host, most are from “the far recesses of the North”. The current enemies of the State of Israel, the Arab nations are not included.
The reason for this, is that all the nations surrounding Israel, including Israel as well, will be devastated by the next prophesied event: Psalms 83:1-18, which is the Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath. The Lord will act at the moment His enemies make the mistake of attacking Israel. Deuteronomy 32:34-35, Psalms 7:15

This judgement will not be in the form of a nuclear exchange, as that would pollute the Land, but what fits the many prophesied descriptions of this Day, is a huge Coronal Mass Ejection from the sun. Isaiah 30:26 This will affect the entire world, but mostly, the Middle East area. Ezekiel 30:2-5 The Land of Greater Israel will be burnt over and devastated, all the population killed or evacuated. Jeremiah 10:18, Hosea 4:3

THEN: Ezekiel 36:8-12 You Land of Israel: put forth your branches and bear fruit, for the homecoming of My people is near. The towns will again be inhabited and the ruined places rebuilt, more prosperous and populous than in ancient times.

This great Second Exodus of the Lord’s people will then take place. There are many prophecies about it: Ezekiel 34:11-31…I will search for My sheep and gather them to the Land of Israel, from wherever they were scattered on My Day of wrath…. they will be the flock I feed and I will be their God.

Isaiah 66:18b-19 I am coming to gather peoples of every tongue, they will come to see My glory. I shall put a sign on them and some I will send out to the nations who have never heard of Me. They will proclaim My Gospel to all peoples.
“I shall put a sign on them and will send some out to the nations
”, some of them; must be the 144,000, as described in Revelation 7:3-8 & 14:1-7, Isaiah 49:6

Luke 10:1-12 is a precursor of these missionaries, who will “proclaim My Gospel” to ALL the world. This is the Gospel of the coming Kingdom of God – the coming Millennium reign of Jesus. This makes these verses irrefutable proof that the second Exodus of all the Lord’s holy people, must happen some years before the Return of Jesus.

A second exodus is certain. Who did Jesus say is coming first and will restore all things?

Matthew 17:11Jesus answered and said to them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and will restore all things.

What is the very thing that is restraining Jesus in heaven?

Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, 20 and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, 21 whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. 22 For Moses truly said to the fathers, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear in all things, whatever He says to you. 23 And it shall be that every soul who will not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.’

Why does Peter infer that "the Prophet" like Moses (from Deuteronomy 18) is connected to the restoration of all things that precede the coming of Christ? Is it not obvious that John/Elijah is the Prophet like Moses and will deliver in another great exodus? Whoever will not listen to the Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people at the end of that Prophet's time. Doesn't that coincide with the coming of Jesus and His wrath? These things did not happen 2000 years ago. Is anybody expecting John/Elijah to come first?

This all happened before the NT. Well, except the Luke 10 part which happened when it happened.

No; what is obvious is the Prophet Moses said would come: is Jesus. Matthew 3:19-24, Deuteronomy 18:17-19

As for Elijah, it may be that he will, or already has started to evangelize just the Jewish people. We wait for this prophecy to be fulfilled.

Acts 7:37,38

Acts 7:37 “This is that Moses who said to the children of Israel, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brethren. Him you shall hear.’

38 “This is he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, the one who received the living oracles to give to us, 39 whom our fathers would not obey, but rejected. And in their hearts they turned back to Egypt,

Verse 38 is about Moses. Where did Paul, or anyone else, say Jesus was a mere prophet like Moses? Jesus is God. He sends the prophets.

Matthew 23:34 Therefore, indeed, I send you prophets, wise men, and scribes: some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city,

This makes these verses irrefutable proof that the second Exodus of all the Lord’s holy people, must happen some years before the Return of Jesus.
The traditional view (of the book of Isaiah) is that all 66 chapters of the book of Isaiah were written by one man, Isaiah, possibly in two periods between 740 BC and c. 686 BC, separated by approximately 15 years, and that the book includes dramatic prophetic declarations of Cyrus the Great in the Bible, acting to restore the nation of Israel from Babylonian captivity.

Another widely held view is that parts of the first half of the book (chapters 1–39) originated with the historical prophet, interspersed with prose commentaries written in the time of King Josiah a hundred years later, and that the remainder of the book dates from immediately before and immediately after the end of the exile in Babylon, almost two centuries after the time of the historical prophet. (Source: Isaiah - Wikipedia)

Tip:

1. Read Isaiah without using a malfunctioning eschatological mouse to pick and choose what you regard as the most juicy parts to highlight and then drag them from their historical context (where they have already been fulfilled), into a century thousands of years later where it does not belong, and dropping it into a folder nicely labeled "the end of the church Age and the return of Christ"; and

2. Read Isaiah without choosing to cut the metaphor out from the historical context that the metaphor is talking about.

You will discover that Isaiah prophesied regarding Babylon's destruction and the return of the Jews from exile:

Isaiah 13
19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the majestic beauty of the Chaldees, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
20 It shall never be inhabited forever, nor shall it be lived in from generation to generation; nor shall the Arabian pitch his tent there; nor shall the shepherds make their flocks lie down there.
21 But the wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of howling creatures; and ostriches shall dwell there, and he-goats shall dance there.
22 And hyenas shall cry along with his widows, and jackals in palaces of delight. Yea, her time is coming near, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Isaiah 34
10 It shall not be put out night or day; its smoke shall go up forever. From generation to generation it shall lie waste; none passes through it forever and forever.
11 But the pelican and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also, and the raven, shall dwell in it. And He shall stretch out on it the line of shame, and the stones of emptiness.
12 They shall call its nobles to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her rulers shall be nothing.
13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and thistles in its fortresses; and it shall be a home of jackals and a court for ostriches.
14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the howling beasts; and the shaggy goat shall cry to his fellow. The screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
15 There the snake shall nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow; there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
16 Seek out of the book of the LORD, and read; not one of these shall fail, none shall lack its mate; for My mouth has commanded, and His Spirit has gathered them.
17 And He has cast the lot for them, and His hand has divided it to them by line; they shall possess it forever, from generation to generation they shall dwell in it.

Isaiah 35
1 The wilderness and the desert shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the crocus.
2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing; the glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the honor of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD and the majesty of our God.
3 Make the weak hands strong and make the feeble knees sure.
4 Say to those of a hasty heart, Be strong, fear not; behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the full dealing of God. He will come and save you.
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing; for in the wilderness waters shall break out, and streams in the desert.
7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land shall become springs of water in the home of jackals, in its lair, and a place for the reed and rush.
8 And a highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called, The Way of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it. But He shall be with them; the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err in it.
9 No lion shall be there, nor any beast of prey shall go up on it; it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there.
10 And the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy on their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Isaiah 48
20 Go out of Babylon; flee from the Chaldeans. Tell it with a voice of singing, let this be heard, let it go out to the end of the earth; say, The LORD has redeemed His servant Jacob.

It's all talking about Babylon and the deliverance and return to Zion of those who had been held captive in Babylon, i.e the Jews. Much of the same metaphor has been used again in the Revelation in order to show us that Babylon and the destruction of Babylon is a type of the destruction of the nations at the end of this church Age.

Using a malfunctioning eschatological mouse and allowing it to misbehave in the scriptures by highlighting prophecies that have already been fulfilled just because the mouse takes a liking to them, and dragging them and dropping them into another century thousands of years later, sows confusion.

Yes. Who else?
Stephen was telling the Jewish leaders of Jesus being the one Moses was referring to.
Right, proved by 1 Corinthians 10:4... that Rock in the wilderness was Jesus....
You will discover that Isaiah prophesied regarding Babylon's destruction and the return of the Jews from exile:
Your preterist notions simply do not explain how the graphically stated Prophesies were fulfilled. There is no historical record of things described in verses like Isaiah 30:26 having happened.

I provided scriptures which plainly say how the Lord will have what He always wanted; a people faithful to Him, living in all of the holy Land.
You came up with a screed of scriptures that actually prove my point.
Was the Land free of jackal's and lions in 525 BC?

1. You fail to see the metaphor and the simile when metaphor and simile is being used (as in your failure to recognize the metaphor in Isaiah 30:26)
2. When it is pointed out to you that it's metaphor being used, and that apocalyptic/prophetic literature is saturated with metaphor (and simile), you make up your mind that you do not need to acknowledge that it's metaphor, because this interferes with your wish to turn it into something literal, so you continue to make the metaphor literal, deciding that because the metaphor was not literally fulfilled, it must still be literally fulfilled.
3. As a result your malfunctioning eschatological mouse that you produce in the process causes you to highlight verses or small passages of prophetic scripture that have already been fulfilled, and drag the metaphor-turned-literal-by-Keras verses out of the historical context where they belong, and then combine them with Revelation about the future given us by Christ (and also with other Old Testament prophecies which they do not belong with), and drop your highlighted and dragged out of their place verses into folders wherever you delight to place them.

= Keras' totally confused eschatology and Keras' jumbled up picture produced by placing all sorts of pieces of a prophetic puzzle together which do not belong together, resulting in a picture of the future which the Bible did not produce.

You can't even see that "the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days" is like saying, "I've told you a million times". It's hyperbole.

Isaiah 30:26 isn't a metaphor, neither is most of the Prophesies. If they are; it can usually easily be seen what the are metaphorical of.
What would the sun shining 7 times brighter be a metaphor for?
I will tell you; it means that a worldwide disaster is about to happen. As the context of Isaiah 30:25-30 plainly states.

However there are many like you, who prefer to reject, ignore or place in the past, all the warnings and information the Lord has given us for our future. Your choice and its upon your head.

My preference is to heed the warnings and to be prepared physically and spiritually for the testing times ahead.

No. It's hyperbole. It's the same as saying, "I've told you a million times that you need to stop taking things up literally when they are not meant literally". @keras The moon is a metaphor for God's people (who reflect the light of the sun). The sun is a metaphor for the Word of God (the giver of light to the world). You take what is meant to describe their blessing and turn it into something that you think describes calamity!!!

The joke is on you, because this forthcoming calamity WILL be a blessing to the faithful Christian peoples of God.
The enemies of Jesus will all be gone and His people will be able to inherit all of the holy Land and live there in peace and prosperity.
Joel 3:18 When that Day comes the Land will be well watered and productive.

Isaiah 32:15-20 The Spirit from on high will come upon the people, then the Land will become a well watered beautiful garden; a tranquil country, its people living in peace and security.

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of the present times are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.
Romans 9:24-26.... in the same place as ancient Israel was rejected, you [Christians] will be called the sons of the Living God.

Psalms 37:29 The righteous will possess the Land and will live there forever.

Except that "the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days" is not describing a calamity, but hyperbole being used to describe the blessing of the only group of people being mentioned in the verse:

Isaiah 30
26 And the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD binds up the break of His people and heals the stroke of their wound.

They are the only group of people being mentioned in the verse. So the joke is on you.

Romans 9:24-26.... in the same place as ancient Israel was rejected, you [Christians] will be called the sons of the Living God.
Why do you insist on changing the meaning of promises to suit your own belief? Have you ever heard of the New Heavens and the New Earth? Key statements in each of the two passages below:

1. Throne of God/Tabernacle of God with the people mentioned below.
2. God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.
3. They will drink from the fountain of the water of life freely.

Revelation 7
13 And one of the elders answered, saying to me, Who are these who are arrayed in white robes, and from where do they come?
14 And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are the ones who came out of great tribulation and have washed their robes, and have whitened them in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and they serve Him day and night in His temple. And He sitting on the throne will dwell among them.
16 They will not hunger any more, nor thirst any more, nor will the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17 For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will feed them and will lead them to the fountains of living waters. And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Revelation 21
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And the sea no longer is.
2 And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her Husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God.
4 And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there will be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying out, nor will there be any more pain; for the first things passed away.
5 And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.
6 And He said to me, It is done. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who thirsts I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He who overcomes will inherit all things, and I will be his God, and he will be My son.
8 But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, will have their part in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

The saints who come out of the great tribulation are seen in New Jerusalem which is in the New Heavens and New Earth immediately following the close of this current Age. @keras So where, do you think, is the place that you are quoting below?
Joel 3:18 When that Day comes the Land will be well watered and productive.

Isaiah 32:15-20 The Spirit from on high will come upon the people, then the Land will become a well watered beautiful garden; a tranquil country, its people living in peace and security.

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of the present times are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.

Psalms 37:29 The righteous will possess the Land and will live there forever.

@keras The Great Second Exodus that you are talking about is the same as the one Jesus mentioned below:

Matthew 24
29 And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.
30 And then the sign of the Son of man shall appear in the heavens. And then all the tribes of the earth shall mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of the heaven with power and great glory.
31 And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

What you do is far from being a joke, it is a very serious matter to ignore the context around a single verse.
The prophecy of Isaiah 30:25-30 is all about how the Lord will sieve out the nations for destruction in devouring flames of fire, But how His faithful people will then; sing and be glad, as they march to the mountain of the Lord; to Jerusalem.
@keras The Great Second Exodus that you are talking about is the same as the one Jesus mentioned below:
No; it is clear from a careful study of all the Prophesies, that the Christian peoples will go to live in all of the holy Land, BEFORE the Return.
John sees them there in Revelation 7:9-14.
Rev 7:15-17 is a prophecy about a later time; after the Millennium. Proved by Revelation 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes....

Isaiah 43:15-28 Israel: I am the Lord, your Holy One, your Creator and your King. I am the One who opened a path through the sea and drew the Egyptians to their destruction. Exodus 14:28

Now, you must stop thinking about past events, for I am about to do something new, in an instant it will happen – can you perceive it? Even through the wilderness, I shall make a way, it will be a highway in the barren desert. The wild beasts and birds will honor Me, for I will provide water: rivers in the dry wasteland. My chosen people, the people that I have formed for Myself, will satisfy their thirst and will proclaim My Glory. Isaiah 66:18b-21

Yet Israel: you have not called to Me, much less have you spent yourselves in My service. I did not demand sacrifices or grain offerings, but you have burdened Me with your sins and wearied Me with your crimes.

I am the Creator God and for My own sake I will wipe out your transgressions and will remember your sins no more. Ask Me to appear and let us argue this out, set forth your case and establish your innocence. Your first forefathers transgressed and your leaders rebelled and desecrated My sanctuary, that is why I put Jacob under a solemn curse and let Israel be reviled. Ref: REB.

My chosen people: Every faithful Christian, from every tribe, race, nation and language. John 15:14-16, 1 Peter 2:9-10

let Israel be reviled’. The House of Israel, [the Northern ten tribes] conquered by Assyria, then scattered around the world and are now mainly the Christian peoples. Their decreed term of exile is nearly over. Ezekiel 4:4-5 & Leviticus 26:21, Isaiah 1:1-7, Ezekiel 6:11-12, Isaiah 51:17-20, Jeremiah 9:13-20

Israel, you have not called to Me’. The descendants of Israel have lost the knowledge of their ancestry the Laws and ordinances have been changed and abrogated. They have sunk into apostasy and atheism. Hosea 9:4, Isaiah 57:11-19, Isaiah 28:7-8

in an instant it will happen’. This says how the forthcoming Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath will occur. It is the repeatedly prophesied worldwide judgement and punishment by fire, in the form of a Coronal Mass Ejection sun explosion. Psalms 11:4-6, Isaiah 29:5-6, Jeremiah 6:26

Ask Me to appear’. The Lord will become known to his people, in the same manner as during the first Exodus, that is: not physically. It isn’t until the Return of the Lord Jesus, to happen much later, that ‘all the world will see Him’. Ezekiel 20:38, 2 Thessalonians 1:10, Isaiah 60:1-3, Revelation 14:1

a highway back to their heritage’. The Lord is waiting to show His favour to His people: now every faithful Christian. Galatians 3:26-29 & 6:14-16

After the terrible devastation of the Lord’s Day of wrath that will change the world, all the Lord’s righteous Christian people will travel to the Middle East and will gather with great joy in the holy Land. Isaiah 35:8-10, Isaiah 58:11, Isaiah 42:6, Isaiah 30:29, 1 Corinthians 10:4, Isaiah 60:8-9

This makes no difference to the mention of the sun and the moon in Isaiah 30:26. In order to suit your false interpretation of the prophecy, you have chosen to illegitimately turn a hyperbole describing the blessing of those delivered from their captivity, into a declaration regarding a coming judgment and calamity at some point in our future.

You may think it's nice work, but quite honestly, the joke is on you.

It's no wonder your statements are so full of changing the meanings of verses and passages in prophecy: You have made up your mind that what you say above is what prophecy teaches, and even though there is zero truth in what you say above, you will continue to say it, though you have to change the meaning of words (such as the reference to the sun and moon in Isaiah 30:26), and use your malfunctioning theological and eschatological mouse that you have created for yourself in the process, to drag dozens of prophecies that have already been fulfilled out of their historical context and drop them into your sci-fi futurist Kingdom of Christ that you say is going to exist "before His return".

You should write a sci-fi novel instead of writing a new Bible.

We have already entered that "land". It's called the kingdom of God and we're living in it. As Jesus would say, "you can discern the weather, but you don't recognize the times you're living in?"
