(CLV) Ja 4:11
Do not be speaking against one another, brethren. He who is speaking against a brother, or judging his brother, is speaking against law and is judging law. Now if you are judging law, you are not a doer of law, but a judge.

We are to do the Torah, not speak against it.

The doctrine of Christ takes precedence over the Torah.
2 John 1:9
Whosoever transgresseth,
and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ,
hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ,
he hath both the Father and the Son.

The doctrine of Yahshua IS the Torah.

He spent his entire ministry teaching from it.

By the way, Yacob, brother of Yahshua, leader of the congregation under Yahshua, wrote this after Yahshua had ascended.

The doctrine of Christ is not the Torah and Jesus did not spend His
entire ministry teaching it.
Beloved one, you should consider Jesus’ own words:

“Yes indeed! I tell you that until heaven and earth pass away, not so much as a yud or a stroke will pass from the Torah — not until everything that must happen has happened.”
‭‭Mattityahu (Mat)‬ ‭5:18‬ ‭CJB‬‬

May God’s peace be with you. Amen

You did not debunk anything. All you did is give us another
phrase from your unproven opinion of what you perceive as the truth.

I gave you a link to a short list as proof. Maybe you missed the link. So far you've provided an unsupported opinion.

Beloved one, consider again what apostle Paul have said:

Romans 8:1-2
Complete Jewish Bible

8 Therefore, there is no longer any condemnation awaiting those who are in union with the Messiah Yeshua. 2 Why? Because the Torah of the Spirit, which produces this life in union with Messiah Yeshua, has set me free from the “Torah” of sin and death.

May God’s peace be with you. Amen

3 You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified? 2 This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? 3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh? 4 Did you suffer so many things in vain—if indeed it was in vain? 5 So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?

6 Just as Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness. 7 Therefore, recognize that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in you.” 9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.

10 For all who are of works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all the things written in the book of the Law, to do them.” 11 Now, that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “the righteous one will live by faith.” 12 However, the Law is not of faith; on the contrary, “The person who performs them will live by them.” 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”— 14 in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

I find it ironic
that anyone would state that
the Torah is the doctrine of Christ
when Christ stated several things that
are just the opposite in the Torah.
Beloved one, consider what apostle Peter have said:

“Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), that you may be MINDFUL of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior,”
‭‭II Peter‬ ‭3:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

So the Lord said :
““Don’t think that I have come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to complete.”
‭‭Mattityahu (Mat)‬ ‭5:17‬ ‭CJB‬‬

Beloved one, let us be mindful of the words
which were spoken before by the holy prophets, or the Torah, that Jesus have spoken that He have come to complete.

May God’s Peace be with you. Amen.

When I look at James 4:11 and the verse above and below it seems to me that the main focus here is we are not to [slander, speak against, evil of] another fellow believer because we are making our self to be the judge of a person's heart, intentions, the final say on a person, etc. So verses 10,11, and 12 mention "humbling", "judging the Law", "one Lawgiver and Judge".

When "HARK" wrote "We are to do the Torah, not speak against it." I think you have lost the focus. Change "it" to "fellow believers".

Yes it does. The Hebrew word for faith is not so abstract as the Greek. Faithfulness would be a closer rendering.

(CLV) 1Jn 3:6
Everyone who is remaining in Him is not sinning. Everyone who is sinning °sees Him not, neither knows Him.

(CLV) 1Jn 3:7
Little children, let no one be deceiving you. He who is doing righteousness is just, according as He is just.

When "HARK" wrote "We are to do the Torah, not speak against it." I think you have lost the focus. Change "it" to "fellow believers".

I completely recognized the focus of the message; but that facet is built on the deeper underlying principle. The subject is qualified by that principle.

The doctrine of Christ takes precedence over the Torah.
2 John 1:9
Whosoever transgresseth,
and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ,
hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ,
he hath both the Father and the Son.

In Galatians 4:4, Jesus was born under the Torah, so he was obligated to obey it, and he was sinless, so he set a perfect example of how to walk in obedience to it, which means that he would have still taught full obedience to the Torah by example, even if he had said nothing, and as his followers we are told to follow his example (1 Peter 2:21-22) and that those who abide in Christ are obligated to walk in the same way he walked (1 John 2:6). Furthermore, Jesus began his ministry with the Gospel message to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand, and the Torah was how his audience knew what sin is (1 John 3:4), so repenting from our disobedience to it is an integral part of the Gospel message. This means that Jesus spend his ministry teaching his followers how to obey the Torah both by word and by example.

I find it ironic
that anyone would state that
the Torah is the doctrine of Christ
when Christ stated several things that
are just the opposite in the Torah.

Jesus was not in disagreement with the Father about which laws we should follow, but rather he said in John 14:24 that his teachings were not his own, but that of the Father, so he did not teach his own doctrine apart from that of the Father. In Deuteronomy 4:2, it is a sin to add to or subtract from the Torah, so Jesus did not do that. The Son is the exact expression of God's nature (Hebrews 1:3), which he testified about through his actions by living in sinless obedience to the Torah, so he is the living embodiment of the Torah, or in other words, the word of God made flesh. He did not say anything in opposition to the Torah, but rather there has never been another person whose teachings were more toughly rooted in the OT to the point where every time he taught something we should be doing word searches for key words to try to figure out what he was referencing in the OT.

(CLV) Ja 4:11
Do not be speaking against one another, brethren. He who is speaking against a brother, or judging his brother, is speaking against law and is judging law. Now if you are judging law, you are not a doer of law, but a judge.

We are to do the Torah, not speak against it.
Paul was clear in Romans 3 that if a person is going to live by the Law, he is obligated to follow it without fault. Once infraction, however small, is a breach of the Law and therefore the person cannot be justified by keeping the Law because he, by his infraction, has shown that he cannot keep it. The Scripture is clear that one infraction is equivalent to breaking the whole Law.

The Law is in itself holy and God-given. The fault is not in the Law, but the general sinfulness of man preventing him from keeping it without fault. This is why the Scripture says that no one is justified through the Law.

Paul says that the hypocrisy consists in those who teach that we must keep the Law, but don't keep the Law themselves. He goes on to say that if one is going to teach others about keeping the Law, then he should teach himself as well.

This is why Paul says that there is none righteous, no, not one; and we all have gone our own way. This is because no one has been able to keep the Law without fault, and inability to keep the whole Law without fault brings condemnation to the person who lives by and teaches that others need to keep the Law.

What is the answer? Paul says that the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ has set us free from the Law of sin and death. The "dead letter" that Paul talks about is not Moses (the Torah) and the Prophets. It is the set of ceremonial components that are attached as required additions that were imposed on the Jews along with the Torah.

Let's review what Paul said about the Torah.

(CLV) Ro 3:31
Are we, then, nullifying law through faith? May it not be coming to that! Nay, we are sustaining law.

Christ, our Lord. Consequently, then, I myself, with the mind, indeed, am slaving for God's law, yet with the flesh for Sin's law.

(CLV) Ac 25:8
Paul defending that "Neither against the law of the Jews, nor against the sanctuary, nor against Caesar did I any sin."

(CLV) Php 3:6
in relation to zeal, persecuting the ecclesia, in relation to the righteousness which is in law, becoming blameless.

(CLV) 1Co 11:1
Become imitators of me, according as I also am of Christ.

Paul was quoting the TaNaK when he said that.

There you will find the context.

List of Old Testament texts quoted in the New Testament...
Again this is a short list. It doesn't include any of the quotes from the books that were rejected by the Pharisees.

The New Testament did not quote the today's Jewish Bible, though. They quoted the Greek one, mostly.

It is true that Paul had the highest respect for the Torah. There is no doubt about that. But he did not seek justification through keeping the Law, but through faith in Christ. Paul was not converted to Christ by doing good works prescribed by the Torah. The purpose of the Torah is to show that we are sinful and subject to judgment and condemnation. Paul says that the Torah is our tutor to point us to Christ. He says that we are saved through God's grace through our faith [in Christ], not of ourselves, but it is the gift of God; not of works [by keeping the requirements of the Torah] lest any should boast.

When Paul said that he did not sin against the Law or the Sanctuary, he was saying that when he went to Jerusalem he became as a Jew and showed total respect for the Temple and the Law. He defended himself against the false accusation that he violated the Sanctuary by bringing an uncircumcised Greek in with him, but it was a case of mistaken identity by the Asian Jews who did not know who his companions were when Paul went into the Temple.

Paul also said that when he was with the Gentiles, he became as a Gentile, and when he was with the Jews he became as a Jew. He became all things to all men in order to win some.

Although he respected the Law and did nothing to violate it, he did not use the Law to make himself acceptable to God. If a person is justified by faith in Christ alone, he can observe the Law to develop his sanctification and holy living before God. But because of his faith in Christ, Paul's keeping of the Law did not compromise his salvation in Christ, nor did it make him any more justified than the full justification he received through his saving faith in Christ alone.
