speaking for a bit while the rest of the family was out for a wa
When you talked about going for a walk, it reminded me of my visit a few years ago with family in Arkansas. I don't think I've done this anywhere else. We all had our separate conversations going on, yet at the same time my cousin waved at neighbors and explained the neighborhood. It was my uncle's neighborhood that she had grown up in.

Just a good lady all around, and as I said before, unashamedly, it is what makes her appear beautiful even well into middle age.
Sounds like you have a beautiful cousin with a beautiful heart. I can definitely say the same of my cousin also and her girls. Absolutely gorgeous. The Father and son also have such a kind heart. I'm so proud of their accomplishments, graduating from college and going on to other things, mostly agricultural and pipeline work. They have a nice cattle farm that they just inherited from some neighbors that they took care of. I've also never seen gravel roads like I did on my visit to Arkansas.

Found an 2017 photo of me when I had short(er) hair. I now understand why my parents were so insistent I grew it back out - I looked like Mick Jagger.

No chance of us seeing it, huh? ^_^

Also, I have a problem. Or a tragedy, not sure which...

We're having oatmeal for breakfast. I went to get the peanut butter - specifically, the jar I was given for my birthday, with my name written on it. (I was unfairly blamed for the PB famine in my house. I don't eat that much, just a spoonful here and there... ^_^ )

...It's gone. Someone not only had the audacity to eat it out of *MY* personal jar; they put the empty jar back.

It really is a Monday.

I think I had my first experience of someone flirting with me through the mask

Hey, it's you, Miss Sampa. What guy wouldn't?
.... Except for maybe Eric Brown - that wouldn't be appropriate. :p (Kudos if you get the obscure reference.)

A bittersweet moment today while at work with Erin, but a necessary and tender enough one. She is engaged now, and so I am glad I felt the nudging from the Lord to finally let go when I did around a month ago. I said my "goodbyes" to her, so to speak, so now we are fully back to friend/friend status - mutually felt, that is. ^-^

Probably took a weight off of her shoulders. She joked and was like, "oh yeah, you were such a nuisance". ^_^

For some reason, Miss Rain, I can't picture anything in your real life that you speak of happening to you without seeing you as the Last Unicorn, because of your avatar.

Kind of like Sampa. None of us have seen her real face (what a pity ^_- ), so just now when she spoke of a guy flirting with her at a Subway, I subconsciously pictured this trucker guy hitting on a neko girl in a maid's outfit. ^_^

Aww, *blushes* I don't know Eric Brown. It was interesting to observe this man, although he didn't see my type I admired his determination to talk to me even though I looked away. Of course he made small talk with the girls behind the counter but for some reason he was interested in me and not shy about it.

I was always concerned that you were so determined to cling to what would never be that you might miss out on a chance for a fantastic relationship with someone else wonderful.

I've been on a hunt online for Super Mario collector's puzzles that I don't have. I'm looking for two specific titles that don't cost an arm and a leg. :sigh:
