So much less than even 1 percent in this case.

What that means is if 100% of Americans catch the disease then 3.3 million will die. At the moment only 49m have had it and 787k have died.

The world population is being forced and squeezed into accepting the vaccination in a very undemocratic and frightening manner.

Countries are getting ready to fine people if they dont take the jab! Also, stopping them from going about day to day business.

The world has gone bonkers!

The world has moved away from faith in God. In trusting God.

Man made Covid and man made vaccines are part of an agenda. Its all about controlling the population of the world.

So many have been sucked into the lies of the governments and the media.

I for one will not be forced into taking a concoction of drugs. Nope.

Trust in God.

Governments are using covid as an excuse to declare and wage war on their own people and on democracy. They want people living in constant fear and entirely dependent on them.

Do you think that vaccination should now be mandatory- and why?

Please be gentle and respectful or this thread will get deleted like the last one was.

No. This is mrna injection and there is ethical matters involved. As a christian I don’t want it. Also there is lot of people who have health issues which can lead getting the vaccine to be lethal.

Infections in vaccinated people do not mean the vaccines are not working.
Lol! You really can not make this stuff up.
People will believe anything. I never realized how guillible people are until covid.
My wife got it while fully vaxxed. I didn't while fully unvaccinated. But no sheep wants to hear personal experience they just believe what they are told.

Can vaccinated people still be infected with SARS-CoV-2?

As long as the SARS-CoV-2 virus continues to circulate, a limited number of infections will occur in people who have completed the recommended vaccination schedule.

Infections in vaccinated people do not mean the vaccines are not working. No vaccine is 100% effective, although the effectiveness of all EU-authorised COVID-19 vaccines is very high.

Vaccinated people are far better protected than unvaccinated people against severe disease and death caused by SARS-CoV-2, including variants such as Delta. Vaccination greatly reduces the number of people in hospital due to COVID-19.

As well as protecting those at highest risk of severe disease, vaccination is important for reducing the spread of the virus and preventing the emergence of new variants of concern.

God sent the boat, the helicopter, etc. to the drowning man as the floodwater rose. But he stood on his roof and said " No, no, God will rescue me." When he drowned he asked God why He did not help and God replied- "I sent you a boat and a helicopter..."

it doesn't do any good explaining to these people, they don't want to help others

It seems you do not understand what vaccination does. It may have saved your wife's life. Vaccination trains your immune system to beat covid it does not guarantee that you do not get it. I have had 6 people in my family have covid, 4 of them were vaccinated. But the only one who was hospitalized and died was unvaccinated. The rest of them shrugged it off. One ran an iron man 3 weeks after catching it. Vaccination makes a difference.

What baffles me is that people outright refuse to even *consider* that there may be conflicts of interest or ulterior motives when it comes to government decisions and mandates. It's like if the government says something, then it must be entirely true by default.

Its not some layman's government decision just because they got some money from Big Pharma. Yes, there may be some political decision like to do business with Western companies instead of Chinese or Russian, but that does not mean the approved vaccines are not safe or effective.

There are very rigorous processes to test, control, monitor and evaluate any vaccination:

How are vaccines developed, authorised and put on the market?

Forcing a heroin addict to go cold turkey might save his life for example.

Actually, that would likely kill a heroin addict. That's not even done in prison.

But in regards to the topic, there should be no forced vaccinations, IMO. With that being said, my family is vaccinated, even our little 9 year old.

The facts are clear and have been expressed here but you are free to ignore them.

if facts are in fact, facts, why does the narrative keep changing? why does the information keep changing? where I'm from, it was 2 doses, then 3, now boosters, next....

Allowing this thing to become mandatory is NOT a good precedent.

We were told from the beginning that boosters were a possibility, because it wasn’t known how long immunity would last. If things don’t blow up because of omicron, it will likely be annual, in the Fall combined with flu vaccine.

Perhaps in America you were told that.

in Australia I can recall us being informed that we just needed to get the initial two doses, and then it became a third, and so fourth.

Because the government has such a great Track record of being truthful....

Great you and your family are vaccinated. If the detox is supervised by professionals there is no reason why it cannot be absolute and fast. Not something to try by your self though as a high rate of suicide - I agree. Also, you might be right that most addiction treatment centers take a more gradual approach with heroin.

What is the narrative here?

Despite having the tools to fight this we are faced with the political problem of dissenters choosing to remain a part of the problem rather than the solution. This is prolonging the pandemic making boosters necessary as initial vaccine advantages wane and as new variants emerge from the Petri Dishes of the unvaccinated. Eventually as the German health minister said everyone will be vaccinated, have had covid or they will be dead.
