The data do not reveal any novel safety concerns or risks requiring label changes and support a favorable benefit risk profile of to the BNT162b2 vaccine.

This means the observed adverse reactions are within the risk limits that Pfizer disclosed...

Incorrect title: 270 spontaneous abortions.

Actual truth from the attached article. p 12

Pregnancy cases: 274 cases including
Pregnancy outcomes for the 270 pregnancies were reported as spontaneous abortion (23), outcome pending (5), premature birth with neonatal death, spontaneous abortion with intrauterine death (2 each), spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and normal outcome (1 each). No outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies (note that 2 different outcomes were reported for each twin, and both were counted).

So, ~ 10% of pregnancies (on what is a very small sample size) resulted in spontaneous abortion.

According to this article

the rate of spontaneous abortion is between 12%and 24%

So the take home message is that the vaccine actually PREVENTS spontaneous abortion.

Mean while if we look at the fatality count. This article
More Than 8.05 Billion Shots Given: Covid-19 Tracker says they average on 28th feb globally was 4.5 million doses per day. Over the 90 day reporting period of the report that's 405 million.

So. Out of 405 million (mostly older, given the way the vaccine was rolled out) people over 90 days, 1223 of them died from some underlying disease.

How shocking. Not.

Ok so where did you get 270 spontaneous abortions from? Obviously you didn't read it in the attached document. So who told you that? And why did you believe them?

Any death or serious side effect is sad but we are talking about living in a fallen world where nothing done by mortals will be perfect. Do the math and it clearly shows the risk of serious side effect or death is extraordinarily low.
