Truth,... any person's claim to a specific experience they've had from GOD has to be compared to what scripture actually says and teaches. We never accept a person's claim over GOD's word.
1Co 14:2 For he that speaketh in a tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God; for no man understandeth; but in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
We don't talk in tongues to one another.
Acts 2:5-11 (NIV)
5 Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 6 When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. 7 Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? 8 Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? 9 Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”
This is the part of scripture that people get wrong and then think that everyone speaking in tongues is somehow doing it wrong also.
Scripture has to agree with scripture, we don't accept one section of scripture on a subject and ignore another because we don't agree with it or like it. We have to understand how that particular scripture section from The Holy Spirit fits into the equation of the whole.
Like I posted the section in Corinthians, tongues is not understood by anyone down here, it has to be interpreted by the interpretation of tongues gift. That gift and the gift of prophesying is in human languages for our understanding,... so if they heard different dialects being spoken by them, it was by these two gifts, not tongues. This was why Peter stated the declaration from Joel,...
Act 2:17 And it shall be in the last days, saith God, I will pour forth of my Spirit upon all flesh: And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, And your young men shall see visions, And your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18 Yea and on my servants and on my handmaidens in those days Will I pour forth of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.
Joel didn't say they would speak in tongues, he said prophesy, hence the gifts they heard in human languages was tongues with interpretation, which equaled prophecy, and the gift of prophesying.
We gotta remember, all 9 gifts of The Spirit were poured out at that point, not just tongues. Plus, Peter was a changed man at this event also, and began preaching, so the 5 fold gifts were poured out/available from Jesus also at this point.
The first testimony clearly matches Acts 2, so I don't see any issues with it. The second testimony could be a case of gift of interpretation without gift of tongues. They spoke in their everyday languages, but the other person was able to understand what was said due to the gift of interpretation. That made the conversation between people who speak different languages possible.
That's not how it works my friend.
The interpretation gift operates in response to the gifts of tongues operating. It doesn't operate on it's own alone.
I only watched the first one and that was it. I don't know what sort of church she attends, but just because she heard someone speaking something behind her doesn't mean it was the tongues gift operating.
We have to trust scripture, not people. I think you will find that out in due time.

What else could it have been? If the woman behind her didn't speak Spanish, but she heard her worshiping God with perfect Spanish, what other explanation could there be?
I agree. The 1 Corinthians 12 list includes "various tongues". This would include different types of tongues for different purposes. Paul's teaching concerning tongues was directed at the faults within the Corinthians church where tongues were being spoken in public services without interpretation. He was here describing two of the various types of tongues - public tongues for interpretation, and personal tongues for private devotions. The first testimony clearly matches Acts 2, so I don't see any issues with it. The second testimony could be a case of gift of interpretation without gift of tongues.
