I said the definition out loud I think and it says in the bible that whoever says that is guilty before the sanhedrin and I don't know what to do right now I feel really guilty and I think I actually said it , what's going to happen to me now ? Can you guys please pray for me that God gives me clarity on if I said it or not even thoe I think I did

If the person heard you, apologize to that person, and confess it to the Lord as sin.

Pray for forgiveness.
Heb.4
  1. [16] Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I don't think we can ask for forgiveness for that sin it says we will be guilty

The verse itself tells you what to do.

Matthew 5:22-24 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

Jesus never said that forgiveness couldn't be asked or given for that one. He did come to forgive sins.

How did you become a Christian without having your sins forgiven...?

Our Lord is not saying that if we say "raca", or call someone a "fool", that automatically means damnation. No. What Jesus is expressing is that unrighteous anger and judgment, and malicious hatred of the heart, is murder. He is explaining the fuller reality of the commandment that says that we shall not murder, to people who believe they are not guilty of murder. But this is the point — He is convicting us of our sins, for we are all guilty of murder! We murder in thought, word, and deed, by what evil we do, and by what good we leave undone. So what hope is there for any of us? Our Lord does not leave us in despair, but comforts us with His Gospel promise, that whoever believes in Him are forgiven.

Jesus died for all sins upon the cross, even your sin of saying "raca". And He has taught us to daily pray for forgiveness, so that we are both forgiven once and for all and every day. We are called to live a life of daily repentance and faith; to confess our sins and to receive the gift of God's grace.

Bless the Lord oh my soul who forgives ALL my inequities...
You think some sin you committed is more powerful than the blood, death, and resurrection of Jesus?
You need to believe what he said.
He said HE is FAITHFUL to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
He said HE is JUST to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness
He did not lie. He knows what He is talking about. Just accept it.

In danger of the council? As Ligurian out the answer is in the scripture.
Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there remember that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
If that is unpardenable Paul is in deep kimchi. He referred to 'Some man as 'a fool.'
'But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?'
1 Cor, 15:36. 'Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die.'

Beloved one, pray :

Lord Yeshua Messiah,
Have mercy upon me.
Be gracious unto me.
This I confess my sin, that is, when I spoke -unknowingly;
I have judged others ;
in this I have spoken things
that are not right in Your perspective.
Please forgive me for my sins
and cleanse me from unrighteousness
by Your precious blood,
Yeshua Messiah.
Please let help me
in acknowledging You
always before I speak.
I put my trust in You
that You direct the paths of my speech.
Please lead me,O Lord,
to speak according to Your righteousness.
Please lead me,O Lord, to speak
according to Your wisdom, understanding, discretions and discernments.
Please lead me,O Lord,
to speak with Your Power that I may bring many to trust in Your Person and Power.
In Yeshua Messiah. Amen
