Alright so my fiancee's birthday is on November 30th, and I'm trying to figure out what to get her. I'm taking her out to a nice "early birthday" dinner Saturday night, and then I'm going to have a bouquet sent to her on Tuesday.

I'd like to give her something nice and small but meaningful at dinner on Saturday. The thing is, she doesn't really do jewelry. She wears her engagement ring and a Miraculous Medal, and that's about it. She doesn't like earrings and doesn't really wear bracelets.

She also has plenty of rosaries.

She loves Saint Joseph, Our Lady, and Saint Therese of Lisieux.

If you have any kind of suggestions for a faith related object, she would probably love that.

Thanks!

Do you have a local Catholic shop you can browse? I think maybe an ornate key ring of some sort?

Oh boy! Have I got a book for her!
The book title is:
"The Miracle of the Holy House of Loreto", by Federico Catani.
Available from America Needs Fatima
(888)317-5571
I have no business ties to them, BTW.
It's a page turner, well written, great pictures, and lots of footnotes for the scholars.
This is one of those "can't put it down" books.
If she loves Mary, she will love this!

I have to say that's the first time I've seen a statue of Our Lady of Lourdes when she is not seen with a Rosary !

I think the artist might be Eastern Orthodox, I wonder if that's just an overlooked detail that maybe the average Orthodox Christian doesn't pay attention to? I know you know it cause of your Catholic background...

If she's into religious art, I absolutely love this picture of St. Joseph and Jesus. I do wish it came in a smaller size though. But you very rarely see pictures of Jesus at this age, and I think this picture conveys how important St. Joseph was to him as he's coming into manhood.

My favorite Catholic gifts were my miraculous medal from my parents [that fell off somewhere :bigeye: years ago] which grieves me immensely because I loved it and my parents are gone.
A rosary that had water from Lourdes.
I also loved statues.
A Catechism is nice and a Douay Rheims Bible.
A good movie of a Saint or her patron Saint.
St Benedict medal.
A Christmas Angel
A fabulous Nativity.
A Mass card... for a beloved relative.
A lovely metal crucifix.

I like the Holy Family Hearts [I've never seen that before]

That sounds like a wonderful plan for your fiancée's birthday! Since she holds her faith close to her heart, a meaningful faith-related object would surely make her day even more special. Consider something like a beautifully crafted statue or figurine of Saint Joseph, Our Lady, or Saint Therese of Lisieux. It could serve as a reminder of her devotion and bring comfort and inspiration.
By the way, I'm also preping for a big day, and my GF is helping to choose something from groomsmen's suits.
