I didn't ask what do you expect, I was asking what made you think the USA would do it? It's clear from reading anything, anywhere, that the US considers non US citizens to not have US rights.
To be fair, non-citizens do have most of the same rights as citizens in the US. There's a rather vocal subset of our citizens who disagree with that though.

No they don't.

Insofar as the United States Constitution is concerned, they do.

Sure, they can't vote, but they do have the right to:
Freedom of Speech
Freedom of Religion
Freedom to peaceably assemble and protest
Freedom to bear arms
Freedom from unreasonable search and seizure
Freedom to due process in a court of law
Freedom to a speedy and public trial
Freedom from cruel and unusual punishments
...and whatever other freedoms the state they currently reside in grants to them.

That's a lot of rights -- I suspect the ones they don't have pale in comparison.

No they don't.
You'll have to be more specific on what you mean. As TLK already pointed out, anyone in the US - citizen or not - is legally granted all of the same constitutional rights aside from the right to vote.

Our treatment of immigrants certainly leaves a lot to be desired, and many people take advantage of the fact that most immigrants don't know their rights in order to violate them, but they do have those rights courtesy of the US Constitution.

So this isn’t about bringing in illnesses into the country, this is about being able to force people who are trying to become US citizens to comply with Biden’s agenda simply because they are not yet protected by the Constitution which I think is a despicable tactic.

Under the immigration laws of the United States, a foreign national who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to a permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

  • Mumps
  • Measles
  • Rubella
  • Polio
  • Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids
  • Pertussis
  • Haemophilus influenzae type B
  • Hepatitis B
  • COVID-19
  • Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices
Vaccination Requirements

Mandatory vaccination for people gaining US residency or citizenship isn't new, nor is it unique to the United States.

It’s the CDC’s number not mine so in a potentially life threatening situation I have to assume those numbers reflect the number of people who had a reaction to the vaccination since they haven’t ruled it out as being a possibility. What the CDC is saying is that 9,000 people who received the vaccine died and they don’t know why.
9,000 of how many people that took the vaccine?

In fact countries usually have a number of vaccines you have to take before you can even come into the country no just become a citizen or even resident.

You know you could actually read what CDC says about VAERS. It can easily be found here

Noteworthy is the area about the "Limitations" of the system. Here's what the CDC themselves say:

VAERS data alone cannot determine if the vaccine caused the reported adverse event.
This specific limitation has caused confusion about the publicly available data, specifically regarding the number of reported deaths. In the past there have been instances where people misinterpreted reports of death following vaccination as death caused by the vaccines; that is a mistake.

But by all means don't read what the CDC itself says about the VAERS data.

I told you what made me think they should have the same rights pertaining to their body as any American citizen, my expectation that they would have the same rights as any other American is exactly what made me think that. I believe this falls under the category of basic human rights not a privileged right exclusively for US citizens.

In the United States, there have been times when courts have made bad rulings. So, in case vaccines mainly have the potential for good, we could say the USCIS is protecting you from that court ruling.
Protecting me how?
Protecting you from being hurt because of being tricked by a bad court ruling and a bad way of using your rights.

False. They are just people whose cause of death is not entered in the VAERS database. If you looked at the death certificates of these people you would probably find a cause of death listed on every single on of them. But that information is not passed on to the VAERS database because it is not required. Anyone at all can submit an entry.

Where did you find this information because I don’t see this mentioned on the CDC website?

Oh well then let’s just hope they don’t decide to protect us from all our other human rights as well huh?

I just thought this would’ve fallen under the category of basic human rights not exclusively for US citizens. I just want my family to be protected by the same rights that I’m protected by.

I offered how we can need to be protected from our misuse of our rights.

There are a lot of times when our selfish use of our rights does not effect others enough for it to get government interference.

But in case I my choice making can help to kill and hurt other people, by not getting vaccinated and not being careful, this could be a case of using my right to help to kill and hurt other people. So, if this is the case, I can see it is good for the government to interfere.

It appears there are people who are refusing the vaccine only or mainly because of pride and paranoia and political motives to make the present government look bad. And they are bluffing, by making claims but not presenting authority to back it up. And there is a political civil war going on, and lying is an accepted tactic of war.

But President Trump actually fostered the vaccines being produced. Yet, now, all of a sudden, ones are saying President Biden is wrong to back up what Donald started.

My choice to not get vaccinated doesn’t stop anyone else from getting vaccinated so who’s life am I really jeopardizing? Those just like me who refuse to get vaccinated? And President Trump is against the vaccination mandate. Nobody is against Biden for producing the vaccines they’re against his idea to force it on people.

but what it can do is if you get a serious case ( serious enough to go to the hospital people like that were overrunning the hospitals ( meaning that OTHER people were not getting the care they needed on time. This was why I actually supported using whether someone was vaxed as a factor to determine whether he or she should get treatment at the hospital ( at least until the hospitals were not overrun.

You are jeopardizing everyone's life.

There are people who cannot get vaccinated due to medical reasons. spreading the virus leads to further mutations which threatens everyone.

There is no reason, beyond being medically being unable to be vaccinated to not get vaccinated besides ignorance. And technically, no one is forcing you to get vaccinated. They are just saying if you choose to do so, you choose not to be a greater part of society in some aspects. Schools don't need people this ignorant. The military doesn't need people this disobedient. Medicine doesn't need people who don't trust it. And industry doesn't need people who don't value the lives of others.
