Can I request God to transform my body to be immortal and take me to Heaven straightaway?
I am afraid of death.

no reason to fear death ... death is a dormant sleep ... your next conscious thought will be in heaven.

I have no confidence I have spirit, maybe I will die and forever vanished.
Sounds like you feel you are not worthy? It's obvious you love Jesus but are fearful your salvation is not enough to save you. Rest assured God loves you and he knows your spirit. You seem very humble. That's a blessing that God loves. Don't let anything rob you of God's sure love for you.

Can I ask God to give me long life until 99 years old?
And give me a healthy body so that I no need to go to hospital.
Maybe God can bless me like how He bless Moses, lived 120 years old and not fragile.

Deuteronomy 34:7, “Moses was 120 years old when he died, yet his eyes were not weak nor his strength gone.”

If you have accepted Christ as your Saviour, you have no need to fear death. And yes, you do have spirit, or you wouldn't be able to think, feel, reason, or even fear. But if it's the process of death that you fear, then you won't learn to live. It's only when we overcome a fear of death that we learn to live.

It is not the length of days which matters, it is how we live then, whether for him, or ourselves. Simplicity is much of the secret of the Christian life and trusting in Him will help us to stay closer to Him. Theology is man's explaination of things, but the bible is the word of God and it's the bible which can help you to walk in the things of God. Theology is like trying to put God into a box, but God won't be put into a box, so how pointless is that!

No, but we can be transformed by the renewing of our mind, that we may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Faith comes only by hearing the Word of God, and by none other: when we deny our own will and submit to and rely upon the Word of God, then may we perceive the purpose for our temporary physical life in this world, and why it is appointed to all to die; but without the knowledge of God we will only be tossed to and fro with every exaggeration and over-estimation in the vanity of our mind.

God has appointed us all to die, because we are decended from Adam and Eve who ate the forbidden fruit, which God told them not to eat because, by eating it they would surely die. This why Jesus had to die for us, because we have inherited the nature of being sinful as a result of Adam and Eve's disobedience.

It is appointed that all must die. No flesh can inherit the Kingdom of God. Physical death is to gain everlasting life. We are all afraid of how we will die however once that is finished we should , as Christians feel confident of His promise to "wipe every tear". Blessings.

Death is part of living. God frees us from a body which is dying and if we are those who love His appearing, we shall be those who will recieve our new glorified bodies, like unto His own and so shall we be ever more with Him. I don't understand the details of this, but scripture tells me this must be so!

"In the twinkling of an eye the dead shall be raised imperishable and we shall be changed" (1 Corinthians 15:52)
"God shall wipe away every tear, there shall be no more death or pain or sorrow or crying" (Revelation 21:4-5)

If you're young, it's natural to fear death. But as you get older, that fear starts to diminish. I had the same fear when I was in my teens and twenties. Decades have passed since then, and now I just see it differently.

When I was afraid, God said to me "Have I not commanded you? Do not be afraid or discouraged, because I am with you wherever you go" And it is also in the Bible. What is the shocking thing, is that i didn't know it is literally like this in the Word of God. Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

This is for you. I hope you the all best. Isaiah 35:4 "Say to those who have an anxious heart, 'Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.' ”:amen:

To the O.P: are you really afraid of "death" per se? I went through a period some years ago where the reality of physical death really hit home. It was a bit scary but I discovered it was not dying that scared me, but rather the fact that no one can say with certainty what the experience of dying will be like. I prayed about this and came to several conclusions.
The first conclusion is that physical death itself does not hurt. If someone has a terminal illness just prior to death, then the symptoms of the illness (depending on what it is) may cause physical pain but death results in the lack of physical sensation: one will only suffer the experience of physical pain while they are physically alive. From the point one physically dies through eternity, that individual will not experience physical pain akin to what is experienced in the natural universe ever again.
The next conclusion I came to is the fact that our spirit/self awareness will absolutely exist. Long story short, it is impossible for the reality we know as the natural universe to have come into being by itself. Mathematical probability alone has proved this, but if more proof is needed one can study the limits of physics/chemistry that govern everything, which leads me to the last conclusion.
The God of the bible that ordained everything into existence is still in control of everything, He only speaks truth, and those who choose to serve Him will meet Him. Physical death isn't FINAL, but only a means of entering the dimension that is beyond us. Interdimensional travel is REAL folks, and our ticket to fly is by physically dying. Just be sure you made the right choices in this dimension, because those choices are what will determine where you go in the next one. Surrendering to Christ, letting the Holy Spirit change/guide you, and renewing your mind by the washing of the Word would be some of those "good and wise" choices.

I am afraid of death.

Death is not always a foe. For the person whose body is rife with cancer, full of pain and disease, death is a welcome friend; for the person who loves God above all else and wants to be with Him, death is a happy journey into God's presence; for the person weakened by old age, whose friends and loved ones are all passed on, who sits alone in a bed or wheelchair most days, forgotten by the world, death is a joyous release. You may love life now, but circumstances change; pain, and loneliness, and tragedy change the face of death remarkably. And for the one who knows and loves God deeply, death is merely a change of location, a brief transport, into the eternal life with their indescribable Creator for which they were created.

Life here is akin to waiting on the porch of an infinite mansion that expands outward beyond the horizon, left and right, and upward out of sight. The mansion is stunning, beyond description, really, full of light, beauty, and love. Imagine, though, wishing to remain on the porch rather than to enter the mansion and enjoy all the wonder, delight and joy it contains. Would that not seem incredibly odd? When we pine for this world above the one to come, though, we are desiring the porch rather than the life within the "mansion of God" for which we were truly made. Worse, we are telling God the prospect of being with Him is of less interest to us than this world stained with sin, full of those who hate the God we claim to love, that will one day be entirely burned up and replaced. Do you think this preference pleases God? I don't.

No. You can't ask that. But, Trust me, when it's your time to die, God will let you know. And there will be angels singing for you.

I need a healthy body to live long and get rid of diseases and aging problems, May God strengthen me.

You are right about Moses, his spirit was not abated, his eyes were bright...

Deuteronomy 34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.

Moses had to live right up until the point, of the children of Israel entering into Israel.

Forty years as a citizen of Egypt, forty years a married life, and forty years in the wilderness with the children of Israel.

God said he will put none o the diseases on Israel,m if they did unlike the people of Egypt..

Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

God In Leviticus 26. said if Israel hears His commandments, they would be blessed from God, then lower in the chapter shows if they break His word, they will have terror, consumption, the burning ague, that will consume the eyes ( the opposite of Moses whose eyes did not dim)

Leviticus 26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

Long life is when we serve a purpose, the same as the body being well enough to serve the purpose, and the diseases not being in the way of that service.

I notice all is according to our faith, and I notice people advise what is good for ourselves, but I know the faith of God is not for ourselves, as He suffered for us, now what shall we do and who shall we hear.
