It's been over nine months since I've had my miscarriage, and I'm hesitant to try again. I know I really want kids, but I'm scared. Any guidance would be appreciated. I also struggle with OCD, which, when I was pregnant, made me afraid I would do something wrong (i.e. eat the wrong things or have too much caffeine or exercise incorrectly or not wash my hands properly). And then my pregnancy turned out badly. So I'm just struggling with knowing when to try again. I feel like I won't ever be "ready." Especially I'm afraid next time of having a miscarriage later on; mine was pretty early this last time. But I'm almost 31 years old so I feel like I should probably try again soon. My miscarriage was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through. :(

I lost mine through ectopic pregnancy where I almost died. I really have no advice. I know it’s very painful to lose a child but I offer my prayers for your intentions.
