I've been questioning whether or not I really believe in the systemic -ism stuff. The fact that racism, sexism, etc. exists in some fashion doesn't also necessarily mean that is ingrained in "the system". Because...what system? And if the system we have now is bad (and that's an IF), whatever that system actually is, then what exactly is the replacement system and how is that system not going to be chock full of all the same problems? It seems that there are a bunch of people ready and willing (and I'm not just talking about black people or other minorities) to tear this entire country apart, but for what? Do people even know?
why would actually addressing the problem of racism in say the legal system tear the country apart?

I had to go to a similar training session

It's a theory which teaches that white males, who are the ones in power, have systematically discriminated against and created disadvantages for everyone else in areas of education, employment, housing and so forth. And therefore white males are responsible for poor living conditions, poor employment, unemployment, crime, incarceration and so forth that everyone else experiences.

Sounds like you didn't pay any attention at all to the training

But why was the black kid in the class mistreated? Was it because white kids were taught by parents in their homes that black people are inferior in some way, perhaps even with racist jokes or what-have-you, which could therefore be changed by developing better and more accurate mindsets, or is it because the system of elementary schools in general is racist because it was created by white people (men) and therefore needs to be torn down because it only benefits young white boys?

CRT as it is in current practice seems to be wanting to tear down the schools.
why would actually addressing the racism taking place in schools tear them down?

CRT is racism, it is a Marxist spinoff of critical theory, the goal is to create class/race conflict.

So don’t talk about racism at all then?

What happens if there are people who want to talk about racism though?

How should it be framed?
By whom?

With east Asians mysteriously scoring better on many of those metrics compared to us whites.

The question I have is whether or not CRT truly addresses racism or is, for example, an ideology that promotes racial re-segregation under the guise of "diversity".

Guess i will know not to ask you anything

Well I'm confused because if I wasn't talking about you specifically in any way, then I have no possible way of answering a question that was entirely specific to you, so before I could even begin to answer your question, I would need to know whether or not you were including yourself in the some.

Can you give an example of what you mean by this?

Can you give an example of how you would like to see these things addressed?

Since we both know that you have no intention on engaging in a good faith discussion, then no. No I'm not going to play this game with you again.

its not what CRT is about nor is it the goal. Maybe you should actually look at CRT.

And then how about answering the question I posed.

The foundational writings on CRT certainly do address racism.

the second part of your sentence is just confusing. How does diversity create segregation?
