Very likely, your dream was just a dream. If God was trying to say something to you in it, you'd know what it was. He's not in the business of confusing you. This is how you'll know a dream was from God. Any confusion or uncertainty as to what God said to you in the dream is a sure sign it was just one of the thousands of nonsensical, meaningless dreams we all have.

One should check it out, and the reason is this--

Only when we are full of truth and will we be free from confusion when the Lord speaks to us.

The Lord helps us to come to the truth and unless we seek it out then we will never know what the truth is.

The Lord does not do everything for us. We must engage with Him in it.

Millions are on the way to hell because they do do that, even those who know what the Lord has clearly spoken.

1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
