Welcome to Walmart, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Walmart CRT Training Encourages Employees To Accept "White Isn't Fair"

Walmart has given more than 1,000 employees critical training on race theory which teaches that the United States is a “white supremacist system” and that white interns are guilty of “white supremacist thinking” and “Internalized racial superiority,” according to a new report.

Classy. I remember thinking something was missing last time I was in Walmart. Turns out it was racial bigotry.

The program suggests that whites are guilty of “white privilege” and “internalized racial superiority”, the belief that “his comforts, wealth, privileges and success have been won by merit and hard workrather than by the benefits of systemic racism. The formation claims that the The “culture of white supremacy” is defined by several qualities, including “individualism”, “objectivity”, “paternalism”, “defense”, “hoarding of power”, the “right to comfort” and the “cult of writing”.

Cult of writing? That's a new one.

The program suggests that the solution is for whites to work on “white anti-racist development” and accept their “guilt and shame” and that “whites are not right.” Ultimately, they should be working towards “collective action” where “white people can do good
”.

Training people to accept guilt because of their skin color. I don't see how this can possibly go wrong.

Personally, I think delusional extremists who believe in vast power hoarding conspiracies belong in the shady corners of the internet where their nonsense is limited by voluntary participation.

On the upside, this seems like the sort of thing that qualifies as racial discrimination and Walmart has deep pockets.

Thoughts?

Walmart must be desperate to make more money. I noticed that Walmarts started only having robo-cashiers and letting the employees show shoppers how to use the machines.

It is only a matter of time before Walmart gets rid of those employees and replaces them with loss prevention officers, just like they did with the greeter.

A move as described in the OP could have a number of purposes, but the bottom line is Walmart feels like they lost a lot of money in the pandemic, so are over compensating.

This has nothing to do with the color of the skin but more to do with the Lord's judgement.

It's simple cause and effect. Mishandling of the Lord's resources throughout time. It just happens that Whites are over-represented in that area. Just more Whites played the role of the "Unfaithful Servant". It could have been anyone.

And the Lord will punish the unfaithful servant regardless of the skin color.

Sounds actionable if this is accurate.
Which makes me doubt it is.

Why is it that only the White Bourgeoise Class is always wrong? Why can't the Black Bourgeois or revolutionary class be wrong? OR More importantly why can't the Yellow ruling Class of China be wrong? Because to me these people look like Yellow Running Dogs to use the Communist lingo.

"Yellow" running dogs?

"Yellow" running dogs?

A Running Dog in old Communist slang is a group that is acting as an agent or facilitator of your enemy. It kind of fits the popular idiom of something is a "dog whistle" when you say this speech/statement etc. seems like it is encouraging somebody to attack somebody literally or verbally.

Actually it also fits the slang term of "tool" which originally referred to someone working for your enemy, an oppressor or whatever. Before it became a generalized insult.

Well cultural/racial Marxism is evil. That was my point. I decided to delete the comment, so as not to unnecessarily offend someone etc. But that is something we picked up from the Frankfurt communists who came her from Germany in the early Nazi days. They realized that social class was not a good method of promoting Communism but ethnic and racial tension due to Jim Crowe etc. did exist and could be used for their ends.

CHristopher Rufo has a long history of creating anti CRT propaganda like the time he claimed that the federal government had bankrolled CRT mandatory training for “white employees at the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve" that was in reality “obscene federal ‘diversity training’” Rufo claimed that: "the training begins with the premise that “virtually all white people contribute to racism” and hold narratives that “don’t support the dismantling of racist institutions.” Therefore, the trainers argue, white federal employees must “struggle to own their racism” and “invest in race-based growth.”" Actual journalists noted that Rufo wouldn't cite any of the "mountain of documentation" he had to back up his claims. Later when he did slip and identify the documents as the transcripts of a webinar “Beyond Words: Race, Work, and Allyship amid the George Floyd Tragedy,” (which is about creating an inclusive work environment and not CRT) and a pamphlet “Navigation Guide for Difficult Conversations about Race in Troubling Times.” the pamphlet talks about the importance of sincere dialogue on racial issues and providing general advice on holding successful group discussions on touchy topics.

My thoughts on this It's race bating propaganda at its worst and I have trouble understanding how anyone would believe that wal-mart or any cooperation is engaging in what Rufo claims.

There's no such thing as cultural/ racial Marxism.

Karl Marx was an idealist.

IMO, idealism is risky, and the more people figure
they have the final Truth, the more dangerous.

People have used democratic, racial, religious and
other ideals to work great evil, sometimes intentionally,
other times with good intentions.

To say Marxism is inherently evil is ridiculous.

Why did you specify " yellow"?

Walmart and communism are opposites though.

Your wrong it was invented in the US when the German Communists came over

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfurt_School

Wrong, am i? See your own source on "cultural marxism"

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultural_Marxism_conspiracy_theory

I find no reference to racial Marxism in your info- gish, tho it may
be buried in there somewhere.

My statement that there's no such thing as racial/ cultural Marxism
seems to hold up well.

If you're of a minority race in America, and you are at a disadvantage for it, nobody should have the right to take away the freedom to study why that would be the case.

The program suggests that the solution is for whites to work on “white anti-racist development” and accept their “guilt and shame” and that “whites are not right.” Ultimately, they should be working towards “collective action” where “white people can do good”.

I don't know if that's correct, but if it is, I'd say it has a lot in common with wage slavery, debt slavery, and racially-oriented slavery. Leave it to Walmart to show us why taking the study of racial disparities and turning it around can be a good thing, for Walmart.
