• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

I am in physical therapy. They had to modify it a little today because my mobility has decreased so much. I have an appointment tomorrow morning with the doctor

What do you do when you are in constant, nearly immobilizing back pain but you have 2 small children (4 yrs and 1 yr)? I was in a bad car wreck and grateful that everyone survived, but I still can’t perform simple tasks. I can’t even carry the baby. I’m in physical therapy and doing all the HEP but being a mom means I don’t have 6 weeks to wait for relief. I can’t take the muscle relaxers unless my husband is home.
You need to look at this.

And understand it. Eating a diet that heals artery function as an adjunct to your other treatment for the accident can make all the difference in the world. I should know, I've experienced it with a past back injury I had with one of my upper vertebrae.

My sister in law had a doctor that clipped a nerve in her back or injected it or something. She never felt the pain again. He’s a rare one from San Diego and Arizona but moved I think to Texas. She doesn’t know how to find him. Doesn’t need anymore.

I am a back pain patient. I have been suffering from lower back pain for 2 years. I used to take Online Pharmacy painkillers regularly. I am doing exercise and changing my sitting and sleeping posture. My pain is now almost under control. Thank you for your advice.
