We get.a lot of floods in the UK it's got worse over the last few decades it seems

Pretty simple really , melt the ice from the poles which turns into water , water finds it's own level in the form of rising sea levels and what we have is a weight distribution.

Wonder if that would effect all those satellites and space junk up there , because a falling satellite does look like a falling star.

Don't forget. The roaring and tossing of the seas is in conjunction with signs in the sun, moon, and stars, and shaking in the heavens, and men's hearts failing in fear for what is coming upon the earth.

Luke 21:25 “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; 26 men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
