welcome to the forums and i agree indeed, one of my heart valves went bad last year, doing better now after being replaced but it sneaked up on me didn't know it was failing.

home units are fairly cheap, not a bad idea to have one at the house.

Typically blood pressure rises as we age. This is because of plaque in the arteries or stiffness of the arteries. Some people were able to lower their blood pressure by changing their diet.

I ate a garlic clove a day as garlic has been shown to lower blood pressure. Green leafy vegetables are good too.
