In theory, that might be true. In reality, no.Yes, but that doesn't mean that everything that happened in connection with the campaigning is national news.
Somebody egged him. Why is that national news?In theory, that might be true. In reality, no.
The media had covered this campaign pretty strongly right up to election day, and that meant following the only man given any chance of replacing Newsom. Yes, Elder was much in the news...except that this egg-throwing incident didn't fit the preferred narrative. The last thing that the media wanted was for Elder to be seen as a sympathetic figure.
The question is why does the national media not consider this to be newsworthy when they cover similar incidents involving other political figures in a similar situation and often do it to excess?Somebody egged him. Why is that national news?
Someone attacks a leading candidate at a public gathering but, because that candidate is a Republican, it's not interesting enough that the media might report on the specifics??
Martians did it on the orders of their lizard commander. Prove that wrong.Smells like a false flag operation to me. Larry Elder knew he was losing badly. So his campaign hired some lowlifes to make trouble that he could blame on the opposition. Just a staged publicity stunt to get sympathy and maybe pick up a few votes.
Prove I’m wrong.
You will never hear about it on the lame stream media either. Convinces me.Smells like a false flag operation to me. Larry Elder knew he was losing badly. So his campaign hired some lowlifes to make trouble that he could blame on the opposition. Just a staged publicity stunt to get sympathy and maybe pick up a few votes.

The person who threw the egg needs to be charged and held accountable. It was a stupid thing to do.
Someone tried to egg him and missed. One person, acting alone, unsuccessfully. Yawn.
The national news media have covered the recall election and the campaigning in California right along, however.
