It is ethical, and that has been agreed upon in this country since its founding. At one point we mandated that everyone own guns and ammo.

That's nice. While getting that natural immunity, how much more likely is it that unvaccinated covid victims end up in the hospital or dead than vaccinated people?

Yes, they're putting quite a strain on medical resources, taking them away from people responsible enough to get vaccinated.

Yes, there are biblical influences on the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights. There are also the influences of various European philosophers, and scientists (many of whom were deists). There is also the influence of the Iroquois Confederacy (and its democratic Republic of over 500 years). There were lots of important "influences".

From what I have heard and read, Biden cannot, on his own, mandate vaccines. The states can, on their own levels. However, if the President feels this is the way it must be done... then... it has to go through the house and the senate. Like everything else.

Other sources stated that OSHS could put it through as a health and safety issues but that would still take until the fall of 2022,

Well, when your boss fires you for refusing to get vaccinated, Biden will approve federal unemployment checks for you...
Unless, of course, your local politician has already pulled the plug on those.

What you said is correct yet.. you left out the cases against that. The key word is cases for there are cases for and cases made on both sides here. Yes if that was the ONLY case which its not. Its one thing reading this stuff on the web or some news channel but when Washington says "we don't have the right to do that". How you going to listen to? When the President says no one should be forced to take the vaccine or put on a mask. When Fauci says no one should be forced to take the vaccine we have never done this in history we shouldn't start now.

So this is not over at all not in a long shot. This will go all they way to the Sup Court. The Fed Gov can yet can not do this. But remember those vaccines save lives once you get your good to go yet Biden said this mandate is to protect who? Those vaccinated. He said that. Did we understand what he said? This mandate is to protect the vaccinated. HAHA from those that don't have covid. Seems if you believe Israel UK and others 13 times more likely to get covid after your vaccinated vs those that got covid and not vaccinated. It was done with 800000 tested.

So seems Biden was right.. got to protect those that were vaccinated from getting covid AGAIN like our 2 personal friends.. like that famous boxer was just in the hospital had covid AFTER already having the vaccine. Someone should really get on those 60% of ONE group of people that are NOT vaccinated. Those are not white people.
