Has anyone here been healed from a disease you had for many years?

When I received the Holy Spirit (after full immersion baptism) I immediately spoke in tongues obviously; and two weeks later saw a carton of cigarettes' ontop of my fridge, it was then I realized I had not had any smokes, drugs nor alcohol,
and no withdrawals etc God did a clean sweep, also had Migraine headaches for as long as I can remember very bad to the point of wishing to smash head against a wall .Only treatment strong pain killers (which did little) and dark room and try sleep for at least 12 hrs ,could not go one month without an attack, very disabling work wise etc; gone instantly and more. Praise the Lord.

Yup. Diabetes and high cholesterol. Prayer and following the doctor's orders. My LIPID panel came back completely normal for the first time and my A1C is down to normal as well, as in it's testing below pre-diabetic which is not what my doctor expected. He actually had them run another test with the same result.

I had tourettes syndrome for a while in 8th grade and throughout high school but truly believe Jesus healed me as I longer have any tics.

Congrats on your success. I went through the same thing in 2018. My first post-diagnosis test was normal but the doctor kept me on meds for some time. I kept my numbers low through diet change and exercise. She took me off the meds and I haven't been on them since.

I've had chronic ankle issues since a bad sprain back in the mid-90's. When I came back to Christianity in 2016, at some point I asked the Lord to heal my ankle so that it doesn't bother me anymore. My ankle has been much better. Of course, it's not "healed", but it does not get twisted or sprained like it used to. I've done nothing different in my life to fix my ankle issues, they just went away. Also, my ankle used to be weak and I would limp when walking down stairs to favor it, but I don't do that any more, because it doesn't feel weak.

stepped in hole in field at college & had a bad sprain
it seemed my "fat" ankle never went away, lol

eventually, it must have healed
our body cells are replenished with new cells

twisted knee several times & could barely walk
never go to Dr for that & just wait for body to heal
once it took a whole year

I sprained my ankle in the mid-90's. It was "respraining" itself chronically for something like 25 years. I also injured my leg when I slipped and fell on my tibia bone. I couldn't kneel for years without it hurting.
