Cheesecake ….but not store or factory bought …….I have to make it.
I love cheesecake, but I have had some really bad store bought. I have a friend from NY who’s grandma made the best NY style 3” cheesecake I have ever tasted. I had him get me the recipe…. And I did adjust it a little to get it exactly how I like it…..not the easiest cake to make, but well worth it…judging by the offers I have had.
