I found myself very curious about this post and am trying to learn more from Google searches. Orthodox people + Computers + Doing Ministry training (normally in the realm of Protestants) = Pure Win.

Might be a little like his other class for Inquires only for people in the Church...

I try to ask him or his folks on FB....

Well I did find something from doing a better more refined internet search.

yeah, Steve is usually good stuff. he also does Be the Bee which has simple, direct stuff

It's no different then the crap that lead to me into athiesm in the protestant church. Just drivel that's dried up and sent out for consumption - just a product that is lacking in every way except production glamour.

Like the new Star Wars (i.e. 'scifi space inappropriate content), looks nice but not worthwhile.

Be the Bee is designed that way because it's designed for kids, and it's not supposed to be the main way the Faith is transmitted to them. I would agree (as a former Protestant) with you if Be the Bee was supposed to be some primary way to teach, but it ain't.

If it's for kids, why do all the Greek Churches (all five or so in my area) use it for adult education?

I am pretty sure Be the Bee's primary focus is on high school and middle school.

Then my criticism still stands. I'd puke if my middleschool/highschool catachesis was like that. And, it was like that, hence my atheism. My only solace from such drivel was to blast more edifying heavy metal on the sound system beforehand. And the teach got my constant and public criticisms.
