Prayers for him and the Lord makes His presence known.

I've prayed that he is an open book to God Almighty and that he has truly repented in sincerity and truth.
That he may approach his death with confidence in our Lord Jesus Christ.

It's easy to judge people who do those things like commit murder. But they pretty much lose their humanity entirely in the face of the rest of humanity. They are considered so low after that and it's pretty sad especially when they do regret it.

There is a need for mercy. This is a perfect opportunity to practice mercy in your heart.

I also am praying, may God answer this child's request..

Let us remember for example our father among the saints, the holy Abba Moses the Strong, who was himself a murderer and robber before his conversion and monastic vows. There is no reason to think that what God accepted of St. Moses' repentance in the 4th century could not be a comfort for a man in similar circumstances now.

Through the prayers of our Father, St. Moses the Strong, Lord comfort and forgive this man all of his sins which he has brought before You in true repentance. Lord have mercy.

Tragic all the way through. Praying for everyone concerned. Thank you for sharing.

I pray that God accept John Henry Ramirez into His kingdom with open arms regardless of what the prison decides. Mr. Ramirez sounds like someone who has truly repented after doing something horrible.

The Father knows the heart.. I like the words to this song by danny gokey "You always think I'm somewhere on a mountain top But never think behind bars You'd be amazed the places that I'd go to be with you Where you are"..makes me cry now..

If that was me on death row, it would be the last thing I'd be fighting for. Unforeseen consequences that by ensuring that every other death row inmate gets to pick their own spiritual advisor. I'm not dying knowing there's a 1 in a million chance that down the road two other people are in that chamber with devilish thoughts of causing harm. I would not want to be that landmark legal decision that allowed that.

Just as a sidenote, I am not sure that when The Bible talks about visiting those in prison, that it isn’t referring to persecuted Christians.

Nevertheless, we are to not judge and to show mercy in general.

I pray that this man will be saved if he is not already. I pray holy angels will be with him in his death.

Dear Lord we thank you, for you are so full of compassion & love.

We praise you King Jesus.

Praying first for his salvation, if he does not know Jesus. Praying that he will get what he needs. God bless.
